Fantastic gift shop! This shop sells a well thought through limited number of really thoughtful individual items allowing the shop to feel uncluttered and spacious. What really makes it a brilliant place is the staff running it. Very friendly and extremely helpful when asked any questions. I can’t recommend Eye Mind Heart highly enough. Hertford would not be the same place without it!!

I used to live in Hertford and always received lovely customer service from the manager. She is so friendly and always helpful. I’ve now moved away so I cant pop in. I made an online order of a reed diffuser (which she helped me choose and it’s now my favourite ever!) and it has arrived quickly and wonderfully wrapped. Thanks a lot!

What a fantastic little shop! Full of knickknacks that I never knew I needed or wanted. Great to see a little store doing well in these times and much of the credit goes to Tori for running the place. She always knows everyone's names as they come in and all about everyone's family. Not only does this shop offer excellent customer service and a wide selection of gorgeous items (that are difficult to find elsewhere!), but my online order was shipped so quickly and arrived so beautifully and carefully wrapped/packaged. I hope to buy again from here soon!

Absolutely love this shop. Such a wonderful addition to the shops in Hertford and I love to browse and see their eclectic selection of gifts, cards, books and general wonderfulness. Tori, one of the owners always welcomes with a big beaming smile and is just a gem. Visit and buy something!!
