I've used this service three different times now. They've fixed my dryer, my fridge, and now my oven. Great job everytime. Diagnose the problem, explain the problem, explain my options, and complete the job. Always very quick and clean. Highly recommend.

I was immediately connected to a kind, empathetic agent who took time to listen to my issues with my fridge. He came and diagnosed the problem by throughly examining my fridge's ice build up situation. Gave me a plan to move forward. Very happy with the service provided. I contacted the company late on a Sunday and they were on-site by noon the next day, which was great. The problem with my 20 year old washing machine was quickly identified and fixed. Very satisfied all around.

Every aspect of the operation was extremely professional. My washing machine had a leak. EZFIX responded very quickly to my online request for service. They provided me with several options (different times and days) for a service person to arrive at my house. The service person appeared at the scheduled day and time and was very efficient, professional and friendly. The service person diagnosed the problem very quickly. A new part had to be ordered. The new part arrived in a couple of days and we arranged another service visit that best suited my schedule. Again, very efficient, professional, and friendly service. Overall, I was extremely happy with EZFIX. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

My 8 year old dryer at my condo stopped heating. I was advised to replace the entire washer/dryer combo because I was told brand parts are not easy to source and very expensive if ordered to be delivered to Canada. The appliance store also confirmed this was the case. It was disappointing as both units were still in good shape and had a lot more years left. When Maria followed up with me post my initial query, I told her I no longer needed repairs as I was going to replace the unit. Imagine my surprise when Maria told me the company worked with the brand, can order the original OEM part for me, and gave me a week's timeline. I didn't believe her at first but she was right. She ordered the part on Monday and by Thursday it was received and installed the very same day. Happy tenant, happy landlord and happy customer! Thank you EZfix Appliance.
