Amazing arrangements and service! I needed a stunning bouquet to celebrate an amazing woman and Le Rouge more than met that need. The ordering process--which in my case involved a few tweaks--was painless and hassle free, thanks to the prompt and responsive service I received. Helpful fleurist,otherwise, the experience was below my expectations. It was an adhoc pickup, so I was limited with the choice of fresh flowers available, they don’t have a lot of choices, at least not on display. The final wrapping was short of being professional. The fleurist was nice though and listened to my needs. You have to expect a high price tag as well. I would not go back if I have a choice for an adhoc pick up.

Surely, like many other brides, my 2020 wedding got cancelled because of C19. After eloping outside of the province on Oct 22, 2020, my husband and I decided - nearly 3 years later - to finally have an intimate wedding reception with our loved ones on Oct 8, 2023.
So many things had changed (# of tables, no more bridal party, color theme, new budget, etc.) and Rizzo was great in supporting me figure out all the floral details for our celebration with all these new variables in mind.
Some lucky guests got to leave with the floral arrangements at the end of the night and I'm happy to know that they brought joy in 11 households after serving their main purpose! ❤️

Ordered a " bright, cheerful" arrangement, and was completely embarrassed by the photo my daughter sent me. Any child could have done better. Totally disappointed and will never use them again.

Bonjour Mme Lefebvre, nous sommes désolé pour votre mauvaise experience, mais on a toujours une fleuriste qui parle très bien le français même d’autres langues. Et pour être clair, notre horaire est du lundi au samedi de 11am jusqu’à 5pm. Donc, si vous avez appelé à 10:14 du matin on n’était pas encore ouvert et personne n’était disponible de vous répondre. En plus on a verifié notre répondeur, il y avait aucun message ni un appel en absence. Nous sommes sûre que vous avez appelé ailleurs. S’il vous plait vérifier le numéro que vous avez composé, et ça sera apprécié si vous enlevé votre commentaire il peut nuire à notre commerce. Soyez süre que Le Rouge Fleuriste a toujours respecté la loi du Quebec pour servir les clients en Français et en Anglais. Merci pour votre collaboration.

I chose Le Rouge Fleuriste by sheer luck from a Google search. I was looking for a floral arrangement to send to my friend who lives in the area. I called the shop & spoke to Lea. She helped me pick the perfect arrangement & had it delivered to my friend in 1 day! My friend said it was so Fresh, Beautiful & uplifting! beautiful flowers and their delivery service was outstanding. The driver wouldn't leave the flowers unless he knew for sure they wouldnt be stolen as it was an apartment with no concierge service. He even drove around to do other deliveries to try to give time for the recipient to arrive back at their home. he texted me. called, sent pictures. and was very attententive. Hard to find that type of care. It means the owners of Le Rouge manage their business and customer service well! thank you Cathy

Love at first sight... this flower boutique is chic elegant and simple. Well organised shop. Beautiful lightening. Well coordinated decor. What i liked is that they have small section of Vera Wang crystal. Simple variety of flowers. Clean store. Impacable service. Quality price very well deserved. The store became on my suggestion list to help other chose at the right place.
