These people are the best. They respond immediately and their work is impeccable. I got Mo (Elmer) this time, he explained everything and was very thorough. Then, he came back two days later (on a Sunday morning!) to correct a new problem that was actually caused by a different (water filter) company, fixed it, rechecked everything, for no additional charge. Melissa the service coordinator is super responsive. You cannot go wrong.

Harly Simonds did a great job. He replaced the flushing mechanism in my toilet tank and replaced a less preferred water line from the wall to the tank with a more updated one. He also showed me where the main water shut off was to my house. Very nice guy.

My husband and I needed a new Water Heater on a Sunday, of course it would break on a Sunday! My first call was to DPS and I am so happy they were the first call. We couldn't be happier with the service and installation of the water heater. I first spoke to Melissa who was very nice and told me she would have the technician call when he was on the way to our home. Elmer called within moments and arrived so fast. He checked out the situation and said he could take care of the issue that day, we were so relieved. Elmer worked so professionally and was so clean, I had no mess at all. What a great job he did, I would not hesitate to call DPS again for any plumbing needs. My husband and I are both so pleased with Everything. I have to mention that Elmer was extremely polite, what a nice young man. We thank Elmer and the company for taking such good care of us on a Sunday. DPS did an excellent job upgrading our water heater. Harley was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knows his stuff. has been to our house two three previous times, and he is always a welcome visitor. We have no complaints.
