Dr. Bagwell was my doctor when I was growing up and I had to find another doctor for several years. I am SO glad I was able to snag her as my Primary Dr again. She is so compassionate, will spend as much time as needed with each patient, willing to hear preferred patient options, etc. Hands down, the best. Once you become an established patient, scheduling becomes a little easier. I recommend calling the office to schedule appointments, as the MyChart app doesn't always show all options and exceptions. Definitely worth the drive for me. I hope I'm able to keep her as my primary for many, many, many years to come!

I've been seeing Dr. Bagwell for a few yrs.and have liked her from the beginning. The last two visits weren't about me...it was about ordering meds and test. I asked questions but she was too busy to listen and answer. I had an hour appt for physical...that consists of ears, throat, listen to my lungs and reflex of legs. I tried to ask questions, she said we'll talk about them next visit. I had questions about my health concerns, this visit. She only spent 20 mins with me out of that 60 mins, very disappointed that she didn't take the time to listen. She needs an assistant to do her typing so she can listen to patient's.

Listed on my insurance card as my pcp. Refused me an appointment. Saying not accepting new patents.

Dr. Bagwell is very friendly & knowledgeable. She stays busy because people love her. It might take a week or two to see her, but if they feel it’s an urgency, they will get you in.

Dr. Bagwell is one of the most compassionate, graceful, personable but most importantly "relational" physicians I have the pleasure of working with as part of my health management. Dr. Bagwell does not rush you through your appointments, she listens but not only listens she remembers! Dr. Bagwell will remember you from your last appointment because she cares about YOU not as a patient but as what I would consider a guest in her house as someone she will care for - for as long as you choose to allow her to do so. If you invest in her, trust in her she in turn will do the very same in you and I cannot tell you how refreshing that has been. Dr. Bagwell's office and main nurse Kat (who alone is absolutely phenomenal) will put you at such ease, always welcome you with kindness and a smile - you will simply feel well cared for. I also greatly appreciate both Dr. Bagwell and Nurse Kat's incredible communication speed - when communicating within "my chart" they are wicked fast in returning questions and/or even returning a call if you need to hear a voice to put a fear at ease. I am grateful to these women for having my back and caring for my health.....Thank you ladies!

For a family practice physician, she is hardly flexible. I made the mistake of getting off the elevator on the wrong floor. I missed my “on time” window and she refused to see me. I am a busy working mom of 2 special needs kids with a handicapped husband. I had to reschedule - out for 5 weeks on a day and time that is not convenient for me. To get the day and time that I prefer means I would have to wait 4 MONTHS. Dr. Bagwell is only in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. I will be switching doctors.

Dr Bagwell is the best!!! Very thorough, very friendly and compassionate. Always listens. Love her.

Dr. Bagwell exceeds my expectations as my Primary Care Doctor. She is very thorough, patient, caring, and easy to talk to and explains things to you so that you can understand what she’s saying. She’s awesome. I have only had positive experiences with her!

The scheduling staff are hardly helpful and unfriendly. I called to make an appointment and the first available time was three months away. That is ridiculous. A patient should be able to see his or her primary care provider within a week or two. However, Doctor Bagwell is both knowledgeable and friendly.

She is a very Genuine, Kind, Good Listener, Doctor that goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Thank You!!! Doctor Bagwell for all you do.
