I called these guys at 3pm today as my boiler stopped working and by 5pm the problem was fixed. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone and will certainly use again.

I called Fast Response and they confirmed the issue would be dealt with early afternoon. With that I was happy but 20 minutes later I was told an engineer would be with me soon. Another 20 minutes & the engineer was here dealing with the problem - very knowledgeable & informative. Very quick resolution and resolved in less than 2 hours. Would definitely use again

I am really happy with the job done by Chris and Adrian. I've invited an engineer to fix robotic valve responsible for hot water, but they have discovered some more hidden issues with the heating system controller and have rwired it properly. I am going to use their services again.

Woke up on Sunday morning with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. The upstairs toilet had sprung a leak. Called these guys and they arrived 2 hours later.The problem was fixed 2 hours after that. It cost £386 for the call out, parts and labour. Even checked under the bath just in case. I would use them again in such a dire situation

Came same day and did a great job on my overflowing water tank and also cured my stuck main stopcock. Very friendly, had all necessary replacement parts on board, and completed everything quickly. Very satisfied and reasonable charge.

Very quick to answer the phone and send someone out. The person who came to fix our issue knew exactly what was going on and was able to fix everything on the job. Would definitely use again and will be recommending to people too.

So far so good! Have had a very expensive designer toilet in the flat wet bought that finally had an issue with the cistern which would have cost a fortune to replace. Two lovely plumbers came along and we came up with a solution that works and still looks great. No it’s not cheap but they were clear with hourly pricing from the get go, honest with advice and have been very thorough with their work. Unlike Pimlico plumbers that ask for a years salary and recommend unnecessary work leaving you confused and poor. Thank you for your work.

Fast Response Plumbers Ltd Excellent service, from the initial call they had phoned back within 30 minutes confirming the availability of a plumber in my area. The plumber fitted new brackets to the tap and completed the job in just under 30 minutes. No nasty surprises with the cost, exactly as expected. Neat tidy job by a well trained plumber.

Thankfully super quick response from initial phone call to the office to book their plumber & within 25 mins a brilliant technician arrived and sorted all out. Really impressed & really appreciate. Easy process from start to end. Quickly answered call - plumber here in a couple of hours - fixed the clogged sink drain taking about an hour (very badly clogged) - clean and courteous plumber - overall excellent experience.

Called Fast Response Plumbers to attend to an old leaking tap at a tenanted property. They came promptly and replaced the taps to resolve the issue. Communication was great keeping me updated at all times and I was happy with the outcome and will use their services again when I have plumbing issues.
