Julie was incredible in every way. She found us our dream home, listened, communicated, was constantly available and just took wonderful care of us. She went above and beyond getting us answers to things about permits and mold inspections. Highly recommend.

A major THANK YOU to Julie and her team Sang who helped me with selling my condo during a tough turn in the real estate market. We went through numerous hurdles from HOA to flooring to security to sell while I was living in a completely different area, and they both communicated really well during every moving piece. They also walked me through comparable homes and the not-so-pretty side of the decline of condos post pandemic Bay area. I am truly grateful for everything Julie has done and feel at ease working with her and her team. While I decided not to sell and instead rent it out, I will be reaching out to Julie when the time comes to change things again.

Julie is amazing. She gives her 150% for you without the pushiness I’ve experienced with other real estate agents. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing. But Julie made sure our home buying experience was smooth and also a fun learning experience! She even started us off with a fun presentation on the different steps in a home buying process. She’s honest and will point out anything jarring so that you know what you’re getting yourself into. She also went above and beyond to get me the best deal on houses, even if it’s in her best interest to have higher pricing! Not only did she get me a great deal on the house, she got me an incredible deal with our loaner. How? She does her research. She helped me seal an interest rate deal that was 2.5% less than the market interest rate!!! Julie was also so so responsive. There were times I messaged her late at night and she always responds! I even started asking her to not feel pressure responding late at night and to not overwork herself. But she always messages back the same night! She’s personable and with her bright bubbly personality, she’s so fun to work with. I give her a 10/10 rating and highly recommend her for anyone looking into buying or selling their home!

Julie was an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers, and she held our hand through the entire process. She was incredibly responsive, texting us and responding to us at all hours of the day. We have been recommending Julie Yuan to everyone we know!  She is a dedicated and thoughtful real estate agent, and she helped us get our dream house. But you could say that about lots of real estate agents, right?  Here are the three things that really set Julie apart.  First, she's not kidding about being the numbers agent. She has a spreadsheet and analysis for just about everything. If you need someone to bring an objective financial lens to your search she's the perfect person.  Second, despite her quantitative approach she's actually great at talking about the emotional aspects of the house search.  My husband and I looked for houses for almost a year.  We had a limited budget and needed to be within commuting distance of our jobs in different Bay Area cities. Julie was great at helping us stay focused and identify compromises that helped us get what we wanted. Finally, when it was time to close, Julie worked incredibly hard. Our house had some zoning issues, and Julie was tireless about finding a lender who could work with us despite the fact our house was in some kind of administrative bermuda triangle.  We literally don't know how we would have done it without her.  In short, you really can't do any better than Julie, and you should sign up to work with her as soon as you can.

Julie is fantastic. She is very helpful and isn't afraid to get whatever information you need for the home you are looking at. She's a great realtor and an even better person.

Julie is amazing, showed me over 20 properties in Oakland & San Francisco. It took us about 9 months to find the right fit. She was very patient and was always happy to show properties anywhere in either city. I figured a realestate agent would have dumped us after 10-15 properties and no purchase, but Julie stayed positive and continued helping after a roller coaster of a year.

Julie was helpful in showing houses, communicating with LA, and getting us into our house. She answered a lot of our wild requests and questions and is friendly and fun to work with. We had a pretty fast close date, but honestly if you want that, YOU have to be really proactive and advocate for yourself, no matter the agent. Julie can help, but you’ve gotta do a lot yourself.
