Blacksburg Fit Body Boot Camp Reviews

I have been through multiple gym programs, did at home fitness, burned out, had injuries, and then found Blacksburg Fit body! The coaches are supportive, encouraging, and there to help you reach the next level the correct way without injury, no matter what stage of health you are in. The FBBC community is AMAZING! Every day the people in class and virtually are next level supportive. I didn't think I would have reached this level of fitness within the 5 months since joining...and I will admit I still have a ways to go to reach my goals, but I FEEL AMAZING, I am strong, I am positive. If you are sitting on your couch eating ice cream (like I was when a friend recommended me to come to their orientation) wondering how do I get out of this rut, if you are ready to take a chance on YOU and make a change, DO IT! This was the best choice that I made for ME in a long time.

I recently moved to the area and had been searching for a lunch class that I could do between 12-1. I work remotely from home, so it’s imperative that I get out of the house once a day and move my body. This gym was the only gym I could find with a lunchtime class- and it’s only 30 minutes which was perfect. I joined and have been going just over a month. I have been going 4-5 days a week and it has been so much more than I thought it would be. I’m not just moving my body, but learning more about mobility and building muscle. Very inclusive culture, everybody wants to see you win. The coaching team is amazing- while it’s a group atmosphere, they are there for you every step of the way and providing some really valuable 1:1 time. Thank you to coach Mike- he is so passionate and clearly loves what he does. Thank you to the entire coaching team! You guys rock 🙂

Coaches are encouraging and helpful. Very inclusive community. All fitness levels are welcome. Love the variety in workouts.

Talk about results!!! I found my second home and never thought it'd be a gym. Everyone is very encouraging and enthusiastic. The coaches are supportive and are willing to go above and beyond. It's not just a gym it's like minded people that want a better life working to reach those goals together as a family.

Great coaches and team mentality

Have you worked out for week's at a gym and fealt like you where getting nowhere. Try Fit Body Boot Camp. You will see results and the best part is only 30 minutes working out 3 to 4 days a week. The coaches honestly care and want you to accomplish your goals. My advice is give it a try if you want to see results. Update...if you join and get a chance, Join The Bar Strength training class. 💪 . It is an extra cost but worth it. Small classes and great a coaches. Also I would recommend giving there Elite Nutrition coaching a try. Again great coaches that care and keep you accountable. You will see eating healthy in a positive way you never have before.

Fit body is fun and intense and over the top. The coaches genuinely care about your well being and want you to succeed. They will adapt any move in class to work with your body. They have been very helpful in my wellness journey.

I have been a member of Blacksburg Fit Body Boot Camp since January 2019 and I can honestly say it has been one of the best choices I have made! The workouts are challenging but they keep it fresh and interesting. The 30 Minutes there do become the best part of your day as the coaches are friendly and encouraging and friendships are built. After not working out since I had to stop running several years ago I was motivated to try this gym by a friend. It is a great place! The coaches are motivating , encouraging and truly know the members. I have gained confidence and strength and feel better than I have in years! Thank you BFBBC, you’re the best!
