Ok, here goes. For Jhalonde Smith I give 5 stars. She was awsome. She answered all my text messages quickly and was very patient with me and my questions. Ashley Smith on the other hand I can't rate. I have sent her two emails, the 1st email on the 27th of February and the 2nd email today, the 19th of March and the only response I got was on the 27th stating she was out of the office. It would be nice if i could get an answer from her. Just giving an update. Ashley called this morning and apologized for not getting back to me. My emails had not reached her, instead they went to spam. Anyway, Ashley Smith was very sweet and patient with my questions and request. With the information she gave me I do feel she is going to work hard at getting me the best settlement from the car accident. 5 stars for Ashley It's been nearly a year since I completed all my physical therapy and the invoices were turned into the insurance company. I'm not happy with the fact that I have to contact Toni, myself and ask for updates, and even those take a week or so to get. I'm beginning to feel like my case is not important enough to this law firm. Here I am struggling to make ends meet and they are doing nothing to help me, just adding god knows how much to my bill.

Bad experience I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with a law firm before. I paid over $3,000 to have my trust prepared by Fears Law Firm. The lawyer handling my case left the firm without notifying me, and my case was left unfinished with no one taking responsibility. After repeated phone calls and emails, the firm finally sent me a so-called “final version” of my trust — but it did not reflect what we originally discussed or agreed upon. Since then, I’ve received no response to any of my follow-up emails. The front desk staff were also unhelpful and rude. It seems like poor customer service is part of the firm’s culture, not just a few individuals. In my experience, they are more focused on collecting fees than providing quality legal service or client care. I regret trusting them with such an important matter and would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable or professional service.

New Post: Originally gave a 5-star review because the service was great and working with them was a breeze. I contracted them after our original LegalZoom engagement and it took them 2 weeks to complete my Operating Agreement revision - which was rather simple. A month or two later I realized a whole section was missing 90% of the content. I reached out multiple times to the person I was working with and they never responded. Due to this, I had to use ChatGPT to complete the full revision which cost my company about $1k. Due to my experience, I have to bring my 5-star rating to a 2-star. Original Post: I originally found Fears through LegalZoom (LZ) but have since continued my working relationship with them outside of LZ. I met Chris Brown during one of my LZ calls and knew I liked his style from the beginning. I have since started using Fears outside of LZ and continue to work with Chris. He's extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, and is a down to earth guy. I plan on continuing to use them in all business capacities and will have Chris work on my estate planning in the near future. 10/10 recommend.
