I'm one of those people who should have gotten hearing aids years ago. I'd been reluctant to take the bold step because of the myths and legends related to me from family and friends about the difficulty of adjusting to wearing hearing aids. Freline Pajimola helped make my transition to improved hearing very easy and almost seamless. Her customer support is second to none. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by Freline and the Hilo Family Hearing Center.

Really quick and super friendly

My latest appointment was on time, quick but thorough and, as always, professional and personal.

The staff was very nice, and the woman who did the testing on me was also very nice. At the end of my visit, after reviewing the results of my tests, it was recommended that I purchase a $5000 hearing aid. When I stated that I could not afford that, that was pretty much the end of the discussion. They did not offer me any other solutions or recommendations. So, at the end of it, I just felt like I was being sold a hearing aid without much else. That is why I am only giving it a three star rating; and that’s because the staff was nice

Too much ear wax rendered the appointment moot. I have to resked. BTW, I bought an earwax kit, but the so called fluid is so viscus that it was next to useless. I ended up using warm water, as my Naturopath suggested and it worked much better.
