Worked with Ellie on my shared ownership mortgage and insurance needs. Not only was she professional, attentive and helpful for a first timer, but she offered a personalised service at all times. Would recommend her and Fingerprint to anyone :-)

I spoke to Joseph about putting together a pension plan and discussed the specifics and agreeing on contributions etc. He said he would send over the papers for me to sign. After exactly three weeks I contacted them and asked why the papers had not yet been sent. I was then told that my case was 'not cost effective' to deal with. I would have appreciated them telling me this at the time or at least without having to wait three weeks and then chasing them. The reason they gave for the three week delay was that a colleague was on holiday. Really disappointed in their service. Joseph seemed nice to talk to at our meeting so have marked as two stars rather than one.
