Love me a good Portuguese BBQ and this place delivered a phenomenal one! (I did takeout though haha).

I ordered paella for pick up on a Sunday after church for me n my parents so we wouldn't have to cook. The lady over the phone was nice but the food was disgusting the lobster was so mushy and the food was very salty. I'm so disappointed esp w the price of food.

My family and I have been going to this place for many years, but since they changed owners and chefs it is not the same. After almost a year we returned to eat here and the experience was unpleasant. The food was not fresh, the Spanish potatoes were completely covered in oil, the t-bone steak was not seasoned, the seafood was overcooked and had too much salt. The place was completely empty on a Saturday night, years ago this place was full of people, now I understand why.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The owner herself provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. We had some great conversations that really added to the atmosphere. Now, let’s talk about the food: the churrasco was incredibly juicy and tender, cooked to perfection. Every bite was a delight! The mofongo complemented it perfectly—flavorful and well-seasoned. And the piña colada? Simply delicious! As someone who’s very picky about my dining experiences, I rarely give five stars, but this place absolutely deserves it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and service. Don’t miss out!

Top tier paella!

La primera vez que ordené una paella marinera estuvo muy buena, muy buen sabor y bien cocinada. Pero la segunda vez que ordené lo mismo, fue totalmente diferente. Mal sabor y el arroz muy mal cocinado

The rice has absolutely no flavor. Half order of chicken and ribs barely came with anything. Terrible service, avoid this place.

Pedi un combo que es para tres a 4 personas y nos dieron arroz para dos y papas fritas para dos la carne estaba quemada al igual que el pollo y el precio fue de 35 dolares para dos personas nunca mas regresare a comer aqui ni lo recomiendo para nadie

Dont let the Nane fool you, its Not Churrasqueria as its called - It is NOT portugese food either -Very basic FOOd, , its a knock off,... fraud Calamari is frozen from a bag Menu says Mofongo- then they dont have plantains ? We order Steak but it wasnt churasco as menu says, it was a warm) not hot long thin piece of steak, very bland sub parr food VERY EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON THEY ALSO TAG A SERVICE FEE ON BILL & DONT TELL YOU! *BEWARE* I was very dissappointed I do Not recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing dining experience at Churrasqueria JC. I ordered the Fried Filet, Shrimp, and King Crab Meat dish, expecting real king crab meat for the price of over $30. However, they used cheap $2 crab sticks instead without informing me. When I brought this up to the staff, they were completely unapologetic and refused to address my concerns. Additionally, their service was poor. When I reasonably asked for a discount due to the bait-and-switch with the crab meat, they begrudgingly took a few dollars off, but then tacked on a 15% mandatory service fee. For a restaurant charging premium prices, the quality of ingredients and service should match. I would not recommend dining here. For the prices they charge, Churrasqueria JC does not deliver food or service worthy of their costs. I left feeling ripped off and will not be returning. If you're looking for good Portugal steakhouse in the area, go elsewhere.

First mistake was trusting a portuguese spot that serves dominican food. Doesnt taste like portuguese food, bland & boring.
