Karen was amazing, thorough and informative. I’ve done this course a few times, still managed to learn something new and be taught other ways.

The facility lacks a reception desk, and the online customer service is unreliable. It’s difficult to reach them by phone, and email responses are slow, which is frustrating for those needing urgent assistance. I attended a rebooked training session, but despite explaining multiple times that I had paid the rebooking fee, attended the physical class, and completed all required online readings and quizzes, the administration still hasn’t released my certificate. They keep bringing up the fact that I was 12 minutes late to the initial training, which I wasn’t allowed to attend, and they repeat this information every time I inquire about my certificate. The certificate was supposed to be issued on the same day, but this is now the fourth day of waiting for that “same day release certificate.”
