They even helped with landscaping—moving heavy planters and digging up weeds! Their quick response and incredible service truly stood out. Well after being frustrated with their limitations for service and making a review, I was contacted by the company and Tom explained the issues and mistakes in the initial communication and stated that they were willing to send guys out and take care of our pickup. He was really committed to taking care of us and providing best service. Finally we got our date confirmed and the young men arrived a little later than expected but they were super helpful and efficient. They got the job done quick, professionally and with great energy. This company is amazing! I first called 1800 Junk and they were so I unaccommodating and expensive! First Choice junk removal helped my sister remove a sofa from her assisted living facility. We had limited elevator time and First Choice Junk Removal accommodated us. They were punctual, efficient and had affordable pricing. They had the sofa out within 10 minutes. The two men were so pleasant! The man doing the booking was amazing. We will definitely use them again and have recommended them to the assisted living facility for a company to use if any more seniors need removal of their items, they were excellent!
