Very professional - great experience. Ray & "G" repaired the water leak, installed new pipes, and saved us money and aggravation. We definitely recommend First Class Mechanical.

Crew showed up on time and proceeded promptly with the work. Task completed as quickly as possible and it appears to have been done professionally.

2nd time I have had a great experience with First Class. Chris the technician was very professional he answered my questions and explained the work he needed preform. Also there service charge was reasonable. I would definitely recommend First Class Mechanical

We have had First Class Mechanical to our home numerous times to address our 7 year old HVAC unit. Each time, we get a new technician and a story about a different problem and how it's now been fixed. Each time, my husband brings up whether the reversing valve is working. Today, after we waited extra days to have the same technician come to our home, two new men arrived. They were at our our house for 7 hours. Very polite. very respectful. However, 7 hours later, another part replaced and job "complete", and ANOTHER 2K later, we do not have working heat. I'm now told seems like the system wasn't installed well and probably best to replace it. I'm not technical, but why can no one in this company diagnose and repair the actual issue or advise that we needed a new system THOUSANDS of dollars ago. I am incredibly disappointed by the quality of work. Certainly not first class. I feel like I was robbed today. Took another $2K from my family and provided nothing of value in return. We have "emergency heat." Tread carefully with this company.

First Class Mech always does a good job for work on multiple properties. Techs are courteous, knowledgeable and clean up after they are done. I highly recommend.

Called the 1st. class during the night @11PM for a next day appointment for major leak; by 7AM I had a call back, by 11AM Chris and his colleague were at my door, by 11:30AM they had fixed the leak. I can not say how much I appreciate polite service and here they do.

Had a water line break at the house. Called !st Class Mechanical. Ray came out within 2 hours and accessed what had to be done; provided a cost estimate and arranged for a crew to come out the next business day. They completed the job the same day and left the property in good condition, which included putting down grass seed where necessary. I would highly recommend them.

Had boiler & mini-split maintenance by technicians Morgan & Luke. They were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of my home, left the worksite clean and were informative about my cooling & heating systems. I will definitely continue using this company for my HVAC & plumbing needs. I truly love this company! This is the 2nd time I have used them for urgent plumbing needs and they did not disappoint! This time I needed my water heater replaced. They were able to fit me in in less than 48 hours. They are always very professional, polite and always leave everything very clean. The job took very little time and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

First Class Mechanical installed a new water tank and water conditioning system for me. They did an excellent job, making sure that all the plumbing functioned well. They also got rid of extraneous pipes that a previous contractor had installed. The workers were so knowledgeable and helpful. I heartily recomment them!

They came out the next day and had our AC working quickly and at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the experienced technicians at First Class Mechanical . I needed a water shut off device installed. They were very patient with me as I was installing the app to monitor the device and showed me how to use it. They detected a water leak as soon as it was installed and fixed it right away at no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company.....

First Mechanical came out promptly the night we found water in our basement. However, they left our house without identifying the problem, several holes in our wall, and not even a guess as to the source of water damage. We then received a phone call the next morning stating they couldn’t help us further because they didn’t have the equipment/cameras necessary to evaluate and a $335 bill for their “services”. As a customer we were disappointed with the lack of transparency of the costs without identifying the problem. *Edit- i changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. After posting this review they called me and changed the bill to reflect only the $150 emergency service visit.

I called First Class Mechanical at 10 AM, and they had someone at my house by 1 PM the same day. The technicians were very professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem very quickly. After determining the issue, they fixed the system and checked all the major components of our heat pump to ensure they were functioning properly. I will be calling them for my future service and maintenance needs.
