The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Ben was very flexible and attentive with my computer that was having cooling issues. He found the problem and resolved it in a very quick manner.

My iPhone 14 Pro Max had a broken back glass and a battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. It would randomly restart any time it fell under a 70% charge, and this is my primary, personal phone. I wanted OEM parts, to avoid any issues with the OS and original features, and possibly to trade-in if I choose not to keep it (great phone, and properly repaired, so I’ll likely keep it now). Within a few hours, the phone is repaired with the requested OEM parts, and I’m provided the invoice for an insurance claim as I requested. They even stayed open a few extra minutes as I called them On my way there to check at what time they closed, and I was going to arrive just at closing.

Ben and his team are absolutely wonderful. They’re caring enough to want to make sure that you know everything you need to know, while not talking down to you at all. Excellent place to buy used mobile devices, they will find you what you want the same day at a great price, free data transfer & screen protector install. I brought my damaged phone for repair, but the better option for me was to upgrade. They also buy used devices as a service and took my custom PC workstation for repair.
