Great and prompt service. Charges very reasonable. Technician was friendly and helpful. Locked myself out during HIP frenzy. Had to break a door lock. Since all rooms locks were old, decided to change the to stainless steel type to avoid corrosion (sweaty palms). Changed to a Taiwanese lock recommended by Joseph as good and sold for decades. Happy with the quality and make of lock, also the price and speed. Charlie

6 days before he fix our door, from digital lock to normal key lock, his nice but slow to do and not punctual always come late , from the day we contact this company 6 days after he fix our door. What a terrible experience we have. I hope the new owner will like what he do😅 but for us can't recommend his workmanship..

If there’s no stars def a no stars. Installed a faulty lock for me. And my lock has been off v hard to open and when close the door doesn’t close properly. Tried reaching out in oct till now just MIA all the way. Still can tell me their serv top notch. Top notch in installation of faulty lock and MIA. Engage at ur own risk 💀💀💀💀💀
