Ross was absolutely wonderful from the very first meeting right through until after settlement four months later. He was not phased by my unusual working circumstances (a contract worker with 5 casual jobs) and went out of his way to get my loan approved. The process was seamless and he communicated with me every step of the way. Could not recommend him and First Point Group highly enough.
