Wow!! I finally found a workout program that fits my schedule and my workout style. The coaches are amazing and very positive. I’m also enjoying having a great mix of workouts that are in place for every level. Great job Lake Orion Fit Body!!

Lake Orion Fitbody Bootcamp is fantastic. If you’re nervous to walk thru the door, don’t be! The coaches are wonderful and asses your needs and adjust to what suits you. This is an accepting atmosphere with friendly people and staff. I am so happy I joined!

I joined Lake Orion Fit Body about a year ago, when I was struggling with health issues and feeling hopeless. The coaches are absolutely amazing and through their guidance, knowledge, and encouragement, I’ve been able to lose weight while increasing my muscle so that I am healthier (and happier!) than I have been in a long time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, and every day I am thankful that I took the leap and gave Lake Orion Fit Body a try.

I love starting my day at fit body! I needed a push to get moving again post-baby and this was the perfect fit. The workout is fast and can be tailored to any fitness level, already seeing results and feeling stronger!

Fit Body bootcamp is an amazing place to workout! I love that the coaches are so attentive to make sure you are doing each station right. It's such a positive environment and you feel so good after each workout. The best part is the workouts are only 30 minutes a day!

This place is awesome! The trainers are not only super qualified, but they are so helpful. There is no judging here, they encourage you to do your best work, and are the nicest, most helpful women. I've also met some really great people here. If you've been looking for a safe place to work out and be your best self, this is it. I'm so happy I joined fit body, I feel amazing.
