Brilliant

Fantastic! Michael sorted out the wifi in our awkward old house more than two years ago. We just had an issue with one of the extenders having stopped working and he was able to reboot it remotely so it was fixed same day without a visit. Highly recommended.

We were very happy indeed with fixmyline. My mother had switched to VOIP / Broadband with result, no working BT wall sockets. Why on earth this is not done by BT/ Open Reach who simply put in a new line and cut all the old line off? Anyway, along comes fixymyline, and within 1 hour, all our old wall sockets are working again and connected into back of router, centrally. Absolutely brilliant. Very nice person to deal with. Arrived on time. Did the job expertly. He really knows what he is doing. We found Open Reach had cut the wires also, to the old house sockets network, but fixmyline easily fixed this! Martin

The landline at my parent’s (who both have dementia quite severely) house stopped work. TalkTalk and BT were about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. I found Fixmyline’s number on Google and arranged for Michael to visit. He was professional, friendly and helpful. He understood the situation immediately and reacted swiftly to help us. He fixed the problem in no time. I would whole-heartedly recommend Fixmyline to anyone and I will be keeping Michael's number on file in case I need him again.

I contacted Michael to create a wired home ethernet network. He came along to give a quotation and discuss what he'd recommend. He was open to my suggestions. The quote was competitive. Upon accepting it, he fitted me in to his work schedule within a week and worked solidly on the day. He was flexible in doing the work according to the conditions found whilst doing the job - he altered the cable run in order to make it even less conspicuous (an important factor when black cable is being run against brickwork!) and he left the house tidy. He stayed until the whole system was tested and performing satisfactorily. I cannot recommend fixmyline enough.

My elderly and vulnerable father's phone line was down, after getting absolutely nowhere with his phone company a Google search brought us to this team. After explaining the situation they made time in their schedule to get to my father's house, they fixed the phone line, checked his lifeline and made sure everything was working well. This allowed my father to return home from respite as planned with us safe in the knowledge that his phone and lifeline were working. We really can't thank them enough.

amazing honestly first time having something like this fitted in my outhouse needed better wifi for my games room and Michael made this possible and talked me through everything cant fault his work and even better man thanks anyone need work for wifi this is your man
