I cannot speak anymore highly of procedures I have had from Flawless Permanent Makeup By Elsa. Elsa is a true perfectionist who not only brings advice but the touch of a true artist. I currently get regular microneedling, which has improved and tightened my face and neck. I decided to have my lips and guy liner done by Elsa and I couldn’t be more happy. As a man, Elsa’s Tatoo artistry has enhanced my overall appearance, while keeping it completely natural. My own mother couldn’t tell I had my tattooing but couldn’t stop saying that my eyes looked amazing “for some reason”. When I “fessed up” she said “ oh my God, it looks natural” BAM…JUST WHAT I WANTED. My advice, DO IT….Elsa will do you right and you will feel like you, but turned up a notch. THANK YOU ELSA!

I lost all of my hair including my eyebrows from chemotherapy treatments and was referred to Elsa for micro blading. She is such a passionate, caring and professional Lady. She is also very talented & skilled in her craft. I am so grateful that she has the heart to help women like myself who have gone through traumatic illnesses such as breast cancer & Mastectomies to help us feel pretty and not look like what we’ve been through. Elsa is the best and I highly recommend her for your cosmetic needs! It felt so good to get dressed up and feel pretty again with my new eyebrows done by Elsa right before New Year’s Eve😁🥹💕

I had the opportunity to take Elsa’s scar camouflage course She is an amazing instructor, so glad I had the opportunity to train under her. Elsa makes sure you have an in-depth understanding of the theory behind Scar Camouflage before she teaches you the technical of hands on Scar Camouflaging so you could have the confidence & knowledge to start on your new career path.

Elsa is AMAZING! She listens to you and is willing to try out different techniques and give her professional advice. I suffered with HYPOpigmentation for a long time, which I thought would never go away. However, Elsa changed my life and now it’s permanently gone! Through her permanent tattoo camouflage and a series of micro needling/inkless tattoo, my hypopigmentation is permanently gone. Elsa gave me back my confidence, was so kinda, and overall an amazing artist to work with. I’d recommend her to anyone! She’s straightforward, yet still willing to try out new ideas to solve your concerns, which I really appreciated. Go to Elsa!

Elsa is absolutely fantastic at what she does! I had eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done. I brought in a favorite lip color and she matched it perfectly. I had no idea what to expect and she explained the process before we started, as well as throughout the procedures. Aftercare and follow ups were on point. I healed beautifully. She puts you at ease and will not let you leave until both you and her are satisfied with the results. If you are looking to do permanent makeup don't hesitate to have Elsa bring out the best of you!

My appointment was with Elsa and what a delight that was. I didn't feel rushed and a full explanation of what I was to expect was comforting. Elsa is such a calming soul and she really takes you into consideration. Elsa has a lot of training and you can tell by the way she talks with you and not at you. She is very confident in what she does. All her reception staff are very welcoming and if they cannot provide you with an answer to a question they will certainly seek it out. I had my powder eyebrows done, a microderm abrasion, lashes curled and some other spiritual enhancements and I have say I am very happy with the service. I will be back for more procedures as it is such a treat to come to this establishment. I wish I could get her to come to North Carolina where I generally live, hint, hint.... ;)

There are not enough great things to say about Elsa. I met her when she spoke at the Beauty Business Conference. She truly is one of the top permanent makeup artists in the country! Not only is she an amazing artist but a great instructor! After 18 years in the industry I trust Elsa as my instructor and guide. She is constantly improving and staying current with her methods. If you want permanent makeup or need a permanent makeup instructor I would go out of your way to see Elsa and her team!
