Lee and his team were punctual, professional, and detail-oriented with our large hardwood commercial project. Despite multiple delays on our end that were out of our control, Lee worked around our schedule to make sure the project was done as quickly as possible. We are now about six months into using the new floor and it still looks as good as it did when Lee’s team first refinished it. Highly recommend them for residential or commercial projects!

I had lived with a cupped wood floor for over 4 years because I dreaded the dust, dirt, messy sanding process. With this manager and this company there was no dust, dirt and mess. I purchased a 70s home. Took the 70s carpet off my stairs to find they only stained the wood that was exposed. They did not put hardwood on the landing or the top 4 treads. Floor craft came in and sanded it all, stained it perfectly and added hardwood to the landing to make it all match. Now my stair way looks incredible in stead of an eye sore. I love these guys!

My steps needed some repair work done, and I made many phone calls to various companies (in Indianapolis) to come and give me quotes for what the job would entail. The only company that called me back and actually came out that next day to check the job out was Floor Craft Sanding. They sent me a quote that afternoon and followed up promptly with me and were extremely polite throughout the entire process. The workers arrived right on time and were so nice and polite. Their work was beyond phenomonal, and they cleaned up so well that it did not even look like there had been "sanding, repairs, etc" done throughout the two days that it took. My floors look amazing, and I could not be any happier! The General Manager followed up with me that next week and as I told him, I would highly and most definitely recommend Floor Craft Sanding to anyone.
