Great service

I have had problems with my hvac for years and have been through 3 hvac companies to get it fixed (the first was who installed it). So much that every 3 or so weeks it would stop working. They would just replace parts and not find or know the actual issue. In frustration I googled and found total climate control. Hearing my concern and desperation they came out free of charge to see the issue. They told me if there is a problem they will be able to find it! Well they did … and they got it fixed but the other companies made a mess of it. I am very grateful for Jeff and his team for resolving my issues efficiently and effectively and I have not had any problems for months now! They assured me I am set and they guarantee their work.

Total climate control are a trustworthy company. They did an amazing job putting in my unit, they where there fast and cleaned everything up as soon as they where done . They kept in contact with me the whole way and sent photos!! These guys are awesome

I called Total Climate Control the day my Air Conditioning quit working and Jeff, the owner, personally came to my home to assess the problem within a couple of hours. It was determined my old unit was shot and he said within 2 days he could install my new unit and do some badly needed duct repair that was also needed. I made the deal and the crew showed up for the one day install and Minh, the co owner, led the install. He did an amazing job as it was a very difficult attic install with very tight clearances. Within a few hours he expertly transformed my 20 year old unit into a new system with a perfect reworked duct system that needed a lot of work to restore it to a like new system. Jeff’s pricing was very competitive with other companies I contacted. The warranty on the unit and labor was amazing. I have nothing but glowing recommendations for Total Climate Control. THE BEST IN ALL OF THE PANHANDLE!! My concerns were actually listened to and they attempted to resolve the issues first and not just try to sell me a new unit. Unfortunately, my AC (over 10 years old) did need to be replaced. Again, they listened to my needs and financial constraints and helped me step by step through the entire process. They arrived when they said they would (actually early) and stayed until the job was complete. They even made a time to come back and walk me through the new system and settings. I highly recommend Total Climate Control for any of your HVAC needs… they will not disappoint!!
