From my first call to our visit and overall experience, Bryan provided outstanding costumer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Came here today just to look at the ball pythons and left with tons of information. I came in about right when they opened and even then Tyree helped me as soon as I walked in. He answered all of my questions, showed me every one I liked, and let me hold them while standing there with me. I have never been a snake person and he made sure I was comfortable and informed about their temperament and behavior. I also got my bearded dragon from here a couple years ago and it was a good experience then too. I could not recommend this place enough.

Best reptile store in Orlando. Hands down. No argument. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable. Any question you may have someone there has the answer. Wide variety of options regarding any reptile they have. And if they don’t have it, they’re willing to order it for you. Great prices on feeders (frozen/alive). They have all the set up supplies you need. It’s a 30 min drive for me and I’ve been coming here for a year. Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

This place is AMAZING. They were super friendly and informative when we came shopping for a baby turtle. They even let us watch them feed them, gave us lots of new information, and gave us a chance to handle them. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Got a new bearded dragon from Imperial Reptiles, and Nick was a great help making sure we had everything we would need to make our new pet comfortable. Took the beardie home and he took to his new environment and started eating right away. Really think the staff treated the guy well, as he was really calm and happy the whole time. Also was provided with a full list of appropriate things to feed our beardie and other advice, as well as contact info in case we had any questions. Really appreciated the good service.

We had such an amazing experience here at this store! We bought our bearded dragon here, along with supplies, and the staff was so helpful!
