What a great team. We just had some additions to our security system this week. From the front end staff to the techs and of course the owner Mark, we couldn't be more delighted with the professionalism and high standard service we always receive. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We can not recommend them enough.

Force Security took over my parents’ system maintained by a “local” company that failed miserably. They adapted to the existing system with minimal effort and are incredibly responsive. When they replaced window sensor batteries, they realized the sensors were only numbered and took their own time to relabel each window in the system. When I decided to switch my system over, again they were able to use the existing infrastructure so that I didn’t have to install a whole new system. Some of the individual sensors were locked by the previous company (ironically smoke and CO detectors), they replaced them all and refused to charge me. They took extra time to show me how to automate my system to my preference level, and again they’re incredibly responsive. I can sleep very well each night knowing their sticker is on my window!

We have been using this service at our office and shop facilities for years. Never a problem, always solutions. I highly recommend.

Our Company was in need of an updated video surveillance system, that involved multiple cameras in multiple locations, using a point-to-point setup, as we had to cross a road etc. The owner, Mark, spent alot of time explaining different options and ideas for our install far surpassing any other companys quality of equipment and we came in under budget with a top security system. Our setup has paid for itself countless times over because we can pinpoint vandalism, theft, compensation/insurance claims etc. I value the Piece of mind, as we grow and aquire more assets at our facility, as well. They were out at my families home for an install and luckily I was there before they started, because I realized right away by asking questions they were installing the absolute lowest quality cams on the market and they were forcing my family into subscribing to their monitoring. When I told them we are not subscribing to anything they said well we aren't installing a thing for you then and they left, but not without trying to charge for the service call. Keep your Amazon cameras and your sneaky contracts. If I wanted an Amazon camera with a contract I would install a ring myself.

We decided to upgrade our home security system. Force had their guys here to install within days of our decision. They were professional, neat and tidy, and equipped to answer any questions we had. The next day we called with a few more questions. They sent one of their guys to come back and walk us through the system and app to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Way to go Force Security. Great service and product!

We have been delighted with Force Security over the past few years - so professional, great service and they really care about the security of our home. Always responsive to clients and very high quality work. Reasonable cost, with an excellent optional service plan.

Just adding an update on the service i have received from this company all i can say is awesome Shannon is the best person to deal with and the technicians are fantastic.Have been with this company for many years,and am never dissappointed,had to use them last night could not remember my password but they were still able to help me very kind and informative dispatcher will be calling the office today to get everything straightened out.

Amazing service highly recommend

Force security did an excellent job installing my security cameras the wiring is super clean and the process was quick, They were great at explaining how the alarm system works. I love the peace of mind their systems bring. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends & family!

Paul and Sol are great service techs at Force Security. Freindly and courteous they explained everything in detail as to what they were doing. It was a pleasure having them do the work and would gladly have both of them again when if i need servicing . Thank you to Mark great guy to deal with. Wow !!! Talk about Service, they are simply the best iPhone 6 alarm companies to help me with my problem and no one would help me until I called FORCE and he was more than willing to help me over the phone, come to the house and do a service call or do whatever it took to help me solve this problem. Such a fantastic company I would recommend them highly they are 10 stars for sure !!!!

Garbage

Great company, I did work with them for short time , unfortunately left them for family issue happen to me, can’t tell how responsible and respectful staff and owner for their customer and employee. Describe as kindness,optimism and harmony.. Good job Mark and Staff.👍

My 90 yr old Mother had the system for over 10 years but had forgotten the code. Mark and team came by free of charge to not only reset the system but moved the box to a location more accessible. Understand this can't always be free of charge, but all this support to an elderly person is the care this team exemplifies. Thanks
