I have just renewed my lease here… This place has always been on top of everything anytime I have asked thank you for that!

We have been living at The Orchards since 2021. It's a nice place to live in. Quiet and very convenient. The management staff and the maintenance team are superb. We would highly recommend The Orchards.

Awesome staff, very helpful, and friendly. The apartment homes were beautiful!

I like how everyone minds their own business, it’s quite, and it’s cool.. only thing I don’t like is that the rent goes up every year for some tenants, which isn’t established when signing your lease smh and nobody picks up after their dogs! NOBODY, which causes mice and sickenss to other dogs. But it’s cool so far !

My time here has been great and haven’t had any of my own complaints :)

Lived here from October 2022 to November 2024. You'll have to fight to get certain issues resolved for example if you have an issue with the valet trash company picking up your trash you will be informed to call said company when they're the ones who have the contract with the vendor. If you bring up the fact that certain animal droppings are not being properly disposed of you will not get a response. To top it off if you get a remodeled unit you're looking in the neighborhood of around $1500 a month including a single monthly pet fee and water, which for that price you can find better. To top it all off watch your charges for when you move from the complex. I am just going to pay it and call it a loss, but I have photos indicating one of their charges could be considered fraudulent if I wanted to fight over it. The few positives that come to mind is my former neighbors were lovely people and if I contacted the office with images of solicitors they are responsive and make sure that they are no longer an issue at the complex.

Maintenance is AMAZING. They always come the same day even for low priority problems, and will even come after work hours, and the office workers are always very helpful and friendly.

The orchards are great! Caring and helpful staff, respectful neighbors and a great community!

Good and save place to live

I have been living here a few months and it has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish. Liz in the office is amazing! Along with her other staff, they all are amazing & very professional. I’ve had few maintenance problems, but for the ones I did they were fixed in a very reasonable amount of time, the neighbors are quiet and all friendly giving the whole neighborhood a great vibe. I am very content here, until it’s time to buy a house. Highly recommended renting here!
