Their customer service and communication was exceptional--they returned calls, and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Recently got my swamp cooler converted to refrigerated air & my furnace updated from an older unit. FRA was very reasonable pricing & the service was amazing. I was recommended to them by my real estate agent & was definitely pleased with their service. Hector & Gustavo were both extremely professional & responsive with the entire process. These guys were very responsive to our needs. We had a shower that needed to be repaired. Joe came out and looked at it. He had to cut in to the wall behind the shower in order to replace the valve and fix the shower head. He did a very good job and put up new access plates in case we ever have to do this again. All of the work done was professional and fairly priced. I highly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing/mechanical needs!

We needed a new blower motor for a furnace, just as freezing temps were on the way. Floyd scheduled us for an appointment in a timely fashion. The tech, Gustavo, was friendly, professional, and very competent. Floyd let us know exactly what the part would cost prior to installation. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with FRA Muniz Plumbing and Mechanical. I will definitely be using their business in the future.

I'm rarely impressed enough to write a review but FRA Muniz Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC out of Albuquerque did just that. From their initial on-site evaluation and recommendations for our Mitsubishi 3 unit mini split system, to the most reasonable quote, to installation and follow-up, Floyd and his crew impressed us and we're pleased we chose his team. So much so, we're having him work up a quote to replace our radiant heat boiler and tankless water heater. If you're considering any plumbing or mechanical upgrades, give him a call...you'll be glad you did!
