Love Freddy’s! Please come to Fort Wayne!

I took my son to Freddy’s for his birthday lunch since he loves their food. The meal was great, but we encountered an issue when ordering ice cream for later. I informed the staff at the counter that we’d need the ice cream later, and they assured me it was being prepared. About 5–10 minutes later, I went back to check because my name or number hadn’t been called, only to find out it hadn’t been made yet—they had simply forgotten. The manager acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be made quickly. However, the rushed preparation left much to be desired. The concrete mixers were not mixed properly, and the sundae I ordered was missing its syrup. Overall, the ice cream felt hastily thrown together, which was disappointing.

Great burgers and old diner feel amazing custards

I was door dashing and met this kind girl who complimented my outfit and Pins and was very nice to me. I would love to contact her to say thank you for making my day better. I was there at around 6:00-8:00. Will hope to find her and here is my picture.

The food was good. Really crispy shoestring fries. The jalapeño fry sauce was pretty good. Would be nice if they had a freestyle drink machine. Drink choices were limited and needed to bust down the tables

I didn't want to be an asshole and bring this up but there was 2 very long strands of hair in my burger. I was in a hurry so I just threw it away and left but I wanted to leave it here so someone else could know.

Almost 6 dollars for a very small cheap hot dog didn’t look like the picture 😢
