Payment Terms: Upon accepting the quote, you agreed to our terms of payment, which include two options for payment on delivery: Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) or Certified Funds. You were reminded via email on three occasions to have these funds ready. The driver's request for cash was in line with these terms. Pickup Schedule: On the agreed pickup date, you were unavailable as you mentioned you were sleeping and did not answer your phone. Although this was inconvenient, we accommodated your situation by rescheduling the pickup to the following Tuesday, which required an additional $100 charge for the driver to return. Consequently, we adjusted our fee to $200 instead of $300, reflecting this arrangement. Delivery Process: For the delivery of your car, it is essential to have someone available to answer the phone and be prepared for the scheduled delivery window. The driver cannot release the vehicle without payment, and it was clearly communicated that payment on delivery was mandatory. We strive to provide excellent service, but this requires cooperation and availability on agreed dates.
