These guys came to the rescue when another mover canceled on me last minute. They were courteous, very knowledgeable and best of all the price was actually LOWER than the original company I called. Thanks guys for a “fresh start” at my new place!

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would that’s what they deserve. They lie and their management needs training in dealing with upset customers. The interaction with manager was more problematic then helpful Buddy was literally talking over me and unable to answer any of my questions They arrived 3+ hrs late and then tell me they’re not wrapping certain furniture. I wasn’t provided a prep list. The mover had little knowledge when it came to my information unable to provide a total cost estimate, recall my pricing info instead kept referencing the contract. The company is very shady save your time and money look elsewhere

Fresh Start Moving made moving to easy. John and his team are a delight, he had Justin help when he was moving my stuff. Very nice people and incredibly hardworking. Moved my stuff that was an hour and a half away and didnt even bat an eye. The cherry on top, is his unbeatable prices. When they say no hidden fees they mean it. Highly recommend!

I used Fresh Start for my move Dec 2021 and was going to use them again but move was delayed. WOW SERVICE! Meaning: Arrived on time, extremely quick and diligently worked with no breaks or wasting time. They BEAT ME TO THE LOCATION. Obviously they did no stopping. Unpacked quickly in an hour. John, the owner prepared a quote based on the minimum and these gentleman did the move within this time, when they easily could have wasted time. It was their team work loading and facilitating a smooth moving experience. Absolutely no damage. Not even a messed up box. We are talking 3rd floor on one end and 2nd floor on another end. No complaining. This company needs 20 stars and folks, you can trust the review system. I also had quotes coming in from movers on line at the time. The others wanted 3 times what Fresh Start did and it couldn't have been any better. Thank you John and thank you AWESOME TEAM!!!! It's great to see a small company and their employees take so much pride in what they do.

Second move 2022: In and out of hospital wrestling with a health crisis … this is a team that you can rely on to handle things professionally whether you are there in your home to assist or not. Completely trustworthy. And they go over and above on a variety of side projects that I needed assistance with. Ive used Fresh Movers twice and would use them again and again ~ First move over 2 years ago: Having to move during a pandemic is not ideal, but Fresh Start Moving Services made me feel at ease and handled everything with care and caution. I was so impressed. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone for packing and moving services!!
