Wanda, one of frontlines security guards, at my building, gave me another residents package by accident. I thought it was something else and threw it in a closet. A week or so later, Wanda calls me multiple times while I’m home working and does not leave a voice mail. In between calling, she came and pounded on my door, twice!! (I did not answer it.) Once bringing a male member of the HOA board with her where she cracked a joke about me while he was asking her my name (for some reason..) and they stood there and laughed outside my door. She even went as far as sending me a notification for a fake package to try to get me to come downstairs at this time. The second time I’m not sure who she brought, but she told them she was calling the police on me. Mind you, I still have no clue why I’m being harassed by these people in my home at this point because Wanda didn’t leave a voicemail. Before the second time pounding on my door, she had sent another security guard outside to see if I was on my balcony, confirming that I’m home, before coming to my door, which I was, attempting to work. After I didn’t answer my door again, she proceeded to call immediately two more times, no voicemail. I finally called back to tell her to quit harassing me. She explains about the package, I told her to never knock on my door again and to leave a voicemail and she threatened to call the police on me AGAIN if I don’t bring the package that again, SHE gave to me. I brought the package down and rightfully went off on her for stalking and harassing me for FIVE HOURS. She told me not to ask her for my packages anymore, lied to another board member and said my phone wouldn’t let her leave a voicemail, yet they left me one as soon as I left and proved her to be lying. Security is supposed to make you feel safe, not harass you in your home!! Now I’m being confronted by the HOA president (he’s friends with the owner of this company) like I’m the one that did something wrong, for going off on Wanda for stalking and harassing me and for thinking that just because I’m home or that she has the ability to walk up to my door, that she has access to me or that I HAVE to answer! And now Wanda is claiming I threw the package at her lmao!! This is craziness!!!
Edit: after all this happened, I was harassed by the HOA president of the building to the point he refused to approve my new lease I had arranged with my landlord, forcing me to move out of my home of four+ years giving me 30 days to move out. Since then, there’s been multiple issues with packages and Wanda at the building.
Thank you for your recent review, however after investigation into this matter it has been found that there appears to be issues between you and the management of the condominium for which they have advised you of. We suggest that you contact the management of the association to resolve these issues as soon as possible as these issues have nothing to do with our security personnel or Wanda. Please discuss with them your privileges and/or revocation of them. Security has a particular function in the building and we cannot allow any resident to abuse our people and the job that they do. Please refrain from this type of behavior against Wanda or any of our officers going forward as this is not acceptable.

This company watches our condo complex, "Milano" in West Palm Beach, and they are horrible. I've lived here for 2 years and have had 2 vehicles towed with no good authorized reason whatsoever. Costing me over 400 dollars total to retrieve them. One was my girlfriends SUV which is clearly and properly marked with Milano parking permit and barcode. The other my 82 year old hospitalized, dementia suffering father's. Which the so called guard here stickers at 11:35PM and had towed 30 minutes later after midnight to try and warp the rule of "24 hour/1 day" warning. The vehicle had a full sized piece of paper stating Milano my unit number and the condo number. Yet this POS female guard had it towed anyway. Not even giving me one full day notice, and ignoring the paper on the dash. The office is closed here at 11PM you idiots, how could I have gotten a pass. If she had waited 24 hours I could've handled it. Not to mention the towing company complains how rude she is to them on the phone. I will have the board meet to drop this company as they are useless and uncaring
Thank you very much for your comments in regard to the parking situation at your community. Please be advised that the security company only enforces the rules that your management and Board of Directors has set up. All these rules are listed in your bylaws and I’m sure if you contact your property manager and management company they will be able to provide you with a copy of these rules. It is unfortunate that you had your vehicles towed but apparently they did not fall in the proper guidelines of what your community has set forth. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your property manager for clarification on the proper parking guidelines for your community. And again, please note the security company only enforces the rules that your community has set forth and towing only happens if you are in violation of those rules.
