Came home from vacation to a water leak in the slab. Called Spectrum. They came out right away. We decided to replace the Dura Pex lines in our house. Took 3 days of hard work. They did a great job and were very pleasant.

Raistling Young and associate, Haskell with Full Spectrum Plumbing performed an outstanding job replacing a gas hot water heater and a sump pump. Keep us informed when water was turned off and back on to our home. He provided pictures during removal of old system and the new installation. Dealing with office personnel, from reporting problem to texting arrival time expected and quick email copy of invoice was superb. Highly recommended Full Spectrum Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Fair price for a quick fix!

I am a new homeowner in the Fort Mill area of SC who purchased a very well built 30-year-old home. The inspector noted the home was built with Poly B (Grey Tubing pipe). This material was banded for use in new homes in the mid to late 1990s due to leaking problems and is reported to have only a 30-year life. The inspector recommend it should be changed otherwise be prepared for unexpected leaks. The choice I made was to change the plumbing before moving furniture in, repainting and adding personal touches. The choice to me was obvious to save near future headaches but also to minimalize cost on potential repairs to floors, walls and other customizations in the event of a leak. Coming from the North East where Copper plumbing is the norm I now needed to educate myself on the various plumbing materials used in SC. My research led me to the Viega brand of PEX which uses a new PEX compound made in the USA which has an amazing rating on durability. However, it all depends on how it is installed and the use of the proper connection fitting and tools being used. My Research of the many plumbing companies lead me to choose “FULL SPECTRUM PLUMBIMNG” and I have NO Regrets and only 110% Praise of the level of professional service and the manner on how they presented themselves to me from the quote to the cleanup. Yes, they do clean up and respect your home as they work. The Lead plumber was Raistlin Young who I highly recommend for his knowledge on plumbing and the infrastructure of your home plumbing. There was no guess work he knew where to open the walls like a surgeon and how to route the new plumbing. He was also accompanied with his assistant who together make a great team. I have 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, 4 external spigots and a hot water heater. The work started Monday morning and I was showering on Wed night same week. I now have peace of mind to proceed with remodeling and painting my new home with Zero worries of leaks and a promise from Full Spectrum for 10 years that they stand behind their work in addition to the Manufacturer’s warranty. Raistlin Young has my endorsement and I am only going to request him for future work like when I need to replace my water heater or install a tankless unit. Thank you, Mr. Munn (owner) for coming to my home to personally inspect and ensure I was satisfied with the service. Your commitment to customer service and to your crew is evident and commendable.
