I recently had the pleasure of working with Furniture From The Barn, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. From start to finish, my experience with Kelly (the owner) and her staff was exceptional. They patiently worked with me to design a collection of custom oak furniture pieces to compliment our new beach house; almost every room has a signature item. The finished pieces are exquisite, unique, and extremely sturdy. The attention to detail and the quality of craftsmanship is outstanding. They are truly heirloom pieces that will last generations of family gatherings. Kelly and her crew provided regular progress updates and videos and encouraged my feedback. They were flexible with my timeline and were able to safely deliver the furniture to North Carolina in a time window that aligned with the house construction; in fact, Kelly’s pieces were ready far in advance. If you are in the market for beautifully crafted, custom furniture, I highly recommend Furniture From The Barn. Great experience with Kelly
We wanted a coffee table made to our specs. What we received was better than we ever expected. Beautifully crafted in chestnut and I am a retired furniture maker, not easily pleased

I had very high expectations after I saw the beautiful furniture they created for my sister. Kelly was warm and friendly but also extremely professional. I could not be more pleased with my dining table and bench which was delivered, as promised, in time for Thanksgiving. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We provided a pic of intricate table legs and asked Kelly and staff to duplicate them for us. The final product was incredible. The legs are gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. We plan to order 8 more this week.

Extremely happy with our new custom built kitchen island from Furniture from the Barn and Kelly/Staff are so great to work with, they have so much knowledge to help you design exactly what you want. I would recommend to everyone I know to go to Furniture from the Barn because it was so worth the wait. They really hit the nail on the head with my piece to pull together all the different woods I had in my kitchen. Sorry I'm not a photographer so my photos probably don't do my new kitchen island justice unless you saw it in person. Trust me if you are looking for a one of a kind piece than you really need to go see Kelly at Furniture from the Barn and you won't regret it. The care they put into every piece is amazing!

I was looking for a company that would be able to make custom furniture for a specific room in my home and found it at Furniture from the Barn. Kelly and her crew made our furniture to the tee and we got exactly what we wanted. I was sent pics of the progress and then when each piece was completed and they were beautiful but it wasn’t until the pieces were in my home that I realized just how incredibly beautiful they are. The workmanship inside and out is amazing. Although the wait time was a bit, it was so worth it and I would recommend this furniture company for anything you might want made to order.

We needed a nice t.v cabinet and wall unit for our new mountain home. Most ready made units were too low in profile and would have looked cheap in the space. Luckily I found Furniture From the Barns website. Kelly was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and sent pics, drawings and stain samples promptly. While searching the web for a rustic furniture supplier I stumbled onto FFTB site and placed an order for some custom chairs. The choices I was provided and details to customize them created a perfect match to what I was looking for. Obviously happy, I went back in for another piece which Kelly helped me create a customized console table to my exact specifications off something similar they already offered. Again, the quality and craftsmanship were second to none, as was the customer service. Needless to say, I am hooked and the Team at FFTB is working on my third piece now. Yes, the fourth piece is running through my head already (thanks Ms. Reenie for the hall tree pix), so no question regarding a repeat customer here. The product is worth every penny and every minute of wait time when you can customize your own unique take on something and upon delivery...……….smiles and nothing but smiles.

It was my lucky day when, during an online search for rustic hutches, I came across the website for Furniture From The Barn. I had just purchased a large farmhouse in the country and was determined to furnish the entire place without using an interior designer. Kelly and her team were absolutely amazing. They were quick to respond to my online inquiries and eventually Kelly and her husband Michael made the trip out to my farmhouse so they could get a sense of the place and what would work best. We ended up collaborating on over 30 custom pieces. Kelly consistently came up with wonderful ideas, Michael was incredible with all the specs and Reenie put her heart into each custom finish and every piece of hardware. I can say with certainty that the workmanship is superb, especially given the reasonable cost. I highly recommend Furniture From The Barn to anyone in the market for high quality rustic furniture.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly and her team at Furniture from the Barn. We discovered Furniture from the Barn when looking for a kitchen table for a uniquely-sized space. Furniture from the Barn created a completely custom table that fits perfectly in our space. Kelly was wonderful with helping to select stains and a complementary milk paint for the legs as well as leg and table style. We turned to Furniture from the Barn again when we needed a console table for our entryway. Kelly helped us custom design a table that bridged the style from the kitchen table to our existing living room furniture, even helping us find an awesome drawer pull. More recently we asked Furniture from the Barn to create a custom armoire. We sent Kelly photos of some armoires that we liked, but were much too large for our space. Kelly worked with those photos and the bedroom furniture we had selected to create a two-tone stained armoire that was reminiscent of the photos while perfectly blending into the bedroom furniture we selected. Kelly worked with us throughout the process, even sending pictures of some initial staining and working to adjust the colors to get just the right look. There were many options from the paneling to the placement of the interior bars, and Kelly helped us navigate all the options to come up with the perfect piece.

We found furniture from the barn after searching for quality furniture. After meeting with Kelly and Michael we realized we have found people that would help us create what we needed for our new hom home. They designed custom bookcases, custom hall tree, custom table and chairs and custom bar stools with low backs. Kelly and Michael's advice an attention to detail regarding the space we needed Phil was beyond any other store we went to. Do not buy custom furniture without consulting with Kelly and Michael at furniture from the barn.

We ordered a 12 foot trestle table made of reclaimed oak from Furniture from the Barn. Working with Kelly and the team was an easy and seamless experience. We get tons of compliments on the table and the quality is excellent. The team there is honest and will work with you to get you whatever you want. We recently ordered a Hall Tree from Furniture From the Barn. Our communication with Kelly all through the process was fantastic. She attended to all of our questions around hardware, stains, etc. Kelly provided lots of sample pictures to help us design something truly perfect for our home. We received the product in absolutely perfect condition, and the Hall Tree looks amazing. Last year we ordered another hall tree from a company that was cheaper, and the thing arrived completely damaged - it was obviously of horrible quality. We returned it. The piece from Furniture From the Barn is of amazing quality. You will be very thankful to buy from this company. Thanks so much !!

I had been looking for a very specific set of criteria in a bookcase, and had been looking for weeks on end. I must have looked at 100 websites and 1000 bookcases, but could not find exactly what I was looking for. On my last day of searching, I came across "Furniture From the Barn", and I was amazed that I did not find them sooner. They really deserve much more publicity, and much more attention for people looking for beautifully made furniture.
Kelly contacted me within one hour after sending them an email request. My initial conversation with her was so thorough, so professional and courteous, it was like I was being treated as a long time customer returning for more! Kelly listened very carefully to my specifications, and really worked with me to make sure that I would be getting exactly what I wanted. Not only that, but they sent me lots of pictures to discuss possible design and color decisions. In the end, what they delivered exceeded my expectations.
To put this all in perspective, I live on the opposite side of the country and could not be happier with my bookcase. Getting it shipped 3000 miles was worth the wait, no doubt about it
I would give "Furniture From the Barn" 10 stars if I could. I am normally quite rough on companies that do not deliver a good experience and product, and have some online reviews that can attest to that. So believe me when I say you won't go wrong with these folks. They really are the best!
