I can highly recommend all furniture services to anyone who is in need of their furniture repaired. I have used their services few times in the past and once recently and always got an excellent service and affordable price. My repairman is always Arko, whom I can't recommend enough. He is a true professional. I've been recommending this company to all my friends who is in need of furniture repair. Arko recently reupholstered my headboard in my house and a 10-year-old bed looks brand new and it saved me a ton of money. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service. I have been using this service for over 16 years and can't find words to describe how happy I am with the services they provide. I always request Arko, their head technician. Arko is a wonderful human being who cares not only about your furniture, but also about you always being happy with the services he provides. Highly recommend using this company. The office staff were extremely helpful and informative. The technician came to my home within the time frame that was provided to me the day prior to my service. He also called me a half hour before he arrived to my home. He fixed all of my antique furniture that I lost hope on. 10 out of 10 service all around. Very professional and knowledgeable

Update since my previous review: their services have definitely fallen off since my last review. I was canceled on the same day of my appointment TWICE after adjusting my work schedule. When a technician did come, he was misinformed by the receptionists so the appointment was a waste of time. Extremely inconvenient. My couch was too big for my apartment. I called Sunday and they quickly set up an appointment for Wednesday. It was a bit pricey, but the job was done quickly, efficiently and my couch looks great.

They charged me $50 to take pictures of my coffee table when I previously send the same pictures to them. The gentleman was in my house for two minutes. When I finally received the estimate it was $700 more than the company I am going to use. They are also unprofessional as the woman on the phone hung up on me. I would not use them.

Repair man came to My home and told me to fix it myself and charged me $50 Scam to make easy $50 without doing work promised
