What can I say? Malcolm at Gaffney Zoppi was incredible from start to finish. I found messaging via WhatsApp was really convenient for me and he was always happy to help where he could.
The price of his services was so much more competitive than many other solicitors I had contacted and after agreeing to go ahead, he had turned over reading my franchise agreement and advising on next steps within 2 days. He's also made a handy video of himself explaining his advisories which was great to refer back to if I needed further clarification.
I have been so impressed with Malcolm and would never hesitate to recommend Gaffney Zoppi to all my friends and family.
I'd hope that no legal issues will arise in the future so I wouldn't need to use Malcolm again, but if I did, I'd be rest assured that Malcolm would once again provide a wonderful service.

The best part of their service is the fact that we have direct access to them as our solicitors and it doesn't take long to get a response. GZ Legal we initially worked with to update some T's & C's. Since then we have developed a good working relationship and continued to seek their advice and have legal documentation put together for us.
Our use case it quite complex and at times can create a lot of confusion. However we were able to work through this and as a result our company is in a much better position.
Malcolms a good guy. I know I annoy him, but he is always happy to help nonetheless. We will be sure to use again in future when needed.

Got in contact with Malcolm from GZ legal about a services contract that I felt was putting my business in a tricky position.
