Had a great experience with Game Time. They were on time with excellent customer service. Rented Game Time for my grandson 2 year old party. Kids of all ages enjoyed from 2-22 years old. I would definitely recommend the service.

I used them last year for my daughter's birthday party. They were responsive to messages, on time to set up, the bounce house was exactly what we wanted, and prices are reasonable. They set up and take down for you which is very appreciated.

I rented the bundle which had bounce house and a water slide the water slide there was no generator included in the package something was wrong with the bounce house cause when we bought a generator it still wouldn’t hold air. The water slide had a lot of duck tape on it which was unprofessional but it held up during the event. I contacted the owner told him about the bounce house I didn’t ask for all the money back on it but I felt like some money back would have showed that he cared about customers. He will take your money and give bad services and never said I will give you some money for your troubles the kids couldn’t play in the house at no time. Bad services I will never use this service again and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. I did contact you about the bounce house but you said it was working fine when you dropped it off you knew it wasn’t going to work properly. You took 450.00 and we only used a water slide that’s bad services we were ripped off no doubt and there should have been a partial refund considering the problems we had as well as all that duck tape on your equipment. This was a ripoff and I encourage anyone to not use this service especially if they can’t have it with a generator it wouldn’t stay up for hour before air goes out. Take care of your customers better please.

I’m sorry that you experienced issues during your rental with us. Weeks before you booked with us, we spoke on the phone and I mentioned to you that we didn’t include generators with our bounce house and waterslide rentals. It is also specifically stated in our rental agreement that we are not responsible for supplying power at park rentals. Since your rental was at a park, I informed you that a generator might be necessary to run both units properly for the 12 hours your rental lasted.
The bounce house was tested at setup and was in perfect working condition upon arrival for pickup as well. I spoke to you on the phone twice after setting up your rental and there was never a mention of any issues with our bounce house holding air until 11pm that night. You also mentioned that you didn’t say anything about it during the event because you didn’t think I would come back out to solve the issue. I would have been more than happy to come out during your event and solve any issue you had, but I was never given that opportunity.
If our equipment failed during your rental, I would have gladly given a partial refund. In this case, there was an issue with the generator we did not provide for the event and we were not notified of an issue until we couldn’t do anything about it. I hate the kids didn’t get to enjoy the bounce house but I was happy to hear they enjoyed the waterslide. Again, thank you for your rental and your review!

Had a great experience ! And very entertaining for a 7 year old and friends! The kids were in and out for 4 hours and had a blast ! Fit nearly 12 little behinds in there! It was almost like paying a babysitter the entire time we never saw the kids 😆🤷♀️ Hugh is great !!!

We rented a bounce house and chairs for a birthday party and couldn’t have been more pleased with the rental! The staff who dropped off were very pleasant and cleaned the bounce house after setting it up. We had to reschedule our original party date due to weather and it was so easy to communicate and make the change. Would definitely recommend for any party needs!

We are so glad we reached out to them for our party rental! They arrived and set everything up without us having to do anything. The inflatable was clean and so much bigger/better than we were even expecting. It was perfect for our son’s party. Everyone there wanted to know who we used to rent. Their pricing is super reasonable, and the quality of service was exceptional! We will definitely book with them again in the future.
