ASHP and Solar Panels Installation (KT23) I first got in touch with Phil over a year ago prior to my renovation. I had few other quotes and Phil was the only one that made a concrete effort to visit me, answered all of my questions with clear and concise answers. He demonstrated flexibility and plans to incorporate the work alongside my builder and plumber, which really helped make it a smooth transition. This was not the cheapest quote but the quality of work and customer service and aftercare has been excellent. The team of tradesmen were a great bunch and took care of my property, producing the work to a high standard. Worth it!

Upgrade to ASHP with unvented cylinder - replacing old gravity fed gas CH system (SE9) Phil was brilliant from the start. I must've asked a hundred questions before, during & after, all of which he answered thoroughly, politely & patiently. He's kind, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking & trustworthy. This is reflected in the entire team. Stewart's an absolute wizard getting the new cylinder in the cupboard! He & Sam stayed late when needed making sure everything was good before leaving, tried hard to keep my house clean & ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Fitting of Solar Panels and Battery (Not Available) Sometimes you are lucky in life. I regards my purchase of 12 panels and a battery from Gas & Electric Services as one of these occasions. The installation was completed on schedule and working on the same day. The minor glitch with the app was sorted in a couple of hours. So I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Personal service (KT2) G&E are very flexible and took care to adjust the work so it fitted with my future extension plans.

Solar panels, battery, and car charger installation. (RH11) Great experience. Competitive quote and all works carried out with the minimum of fuss. All the workers we dealt with including Rob and Dylan were brilliant. Everything was explained clearly and they provided timely assistance after the job was completed when we had issues due to Storm Bert. Their idea of service is not just to do the job and go (like many companies) but to keep in contact and ensure we were completely satisfied. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Installation of air source heat pump (RH11) The company installed the Air Source heat pump seamlessly. The crew were very respectful of our needs and could not of been more careful and considerate throughout. Would highly recommend this company to anyone

Installation of Solar Panels (TN29) From initial quote to completion the G&E team were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Their quote was very competitive and we were given plenty of information during the site survey. On completion we were given clear instructions on how to use the app to monitor the system and what would happen next in terms of follow up paperwork. Will definitely recommend.

EV charger installation. (KT6) EV charger fitted by Dylan who was great. Did a really good job and ensured cables were neat and tidy. Very friendly, helpful and very tidy. I would highly recommend this company for any EV installation.

Removal of old and fitting of new solar PV system including battery storage (GU46) From the initial contact right through to the completion of the project they worked with us to ensure that the outcome of the work was what we wanted and expected. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy on completion. At handover the app and controls were fully explained - and the system has been working as anticipated.

Solar PV, Hybrid Inverter but no battery (YET!) (UB4) I want to give a huge thanks To Phil and G&E Services, I know I have given Phil a run for his money on questions and changing the order, but he has answered every time, very quickly (unless on site). The team have been amazing answering questions and still advising while doing the installation, I am really happy with the way things look, I know I gave them a challenge installing into an old “bin” cupboard that is now my “Inverter” cupboard, with the fuse box and isolators all tucked away, the whole Installation of PV panels (10) on a 3-story house, as well as inverter was all done in a day.

rooftop solar (RH5) Simply excellent performance. I had a tight schedule for installation, put a late request, and they kept to it and delivered overall excellent work. Also, advice pre installation was outstanding, discussing different options and advantages/disadvantages of their solutions. I'd point out that I contacted a dozen suppliers. They offered the best advice pre installation, and then did a perfect job with installation.

UFH with ASHP and AC (AL2) Absolutely first class company. From the moment I met Phil I knew I was in great hands, knew exactly what was needed and how it would be installed. I’m talking a small job, I’m talking 200sqM of UFH a 12kw ASHP with the government grant and then AC to 4 rooms. Every engineer he sent was polite, professional and was good at their trade. A 5* review absolutely earned and justified I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil, Rob and their team.

The best by far (DA4) If you want Solar Panels G&E Services are fantastic. They were recommended to us and lived up to it, in quality, customer services and price. It was refreshing that Phil came out and saw us. He is very approachable, explains things clearly and fills you with confidence. Rob and Dylan carried out the installation, they were a pleasure to have here, the product, workmanship and communication was brilliant throughout. We have had numerous interactions with other suppliers no one came close to G&E. Additionally, they have fitted air conditioning for us all the above applied , we are very happy.

Solar Panels roof installation (KT6) Rob and the team did a fantastic job installing solar panels, inverter and battery. Very efficient with a hands-on, detailed explanation from Electrician Dylan of how everything works and ongoing monitoring. I recommend using G&E.

Replacement ASHP, new buffer and water tank. (ME1) Sam, Harry and Dylan did an excellent job fitting a new ASHP with new pipework and tanks, worked hard to overcome some minor problems. We were very pleased with the work that was done.
