This has been the worst most ridiculously bad experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered a building months ago and it is still not installed. After several reschedules and failed attempts to install my building i was finally informed i needed to change the roof on my garage to get it up my driveway. So i did and paid even more money to change it and was told i would have to wait longer to get it. And now guess I shouldn't be surprised they just texted me and said they were not going to make it again on my scheduled install date. Do not use this company they are a joke.

great when you order change your mind lose deposit, i've called many times after I did order with questions and it goes right to voice mail, I ordered insulation and paid for it but installer says that was sellers cut not total price. don't but from this place I learned the hard way.

We had our garage put up about 2 months ago now. Things went well. They had it up in a day and a half. The day they finished was a Friday and they seemed to be in a hurry to get home. They didn't test the garage door leaving it down. Went to put it up it flew up and not able to pull it down. They did not put in screws around the garage door. We've been waiting all this time for the company to send someone to repair it. We are at the end of our patience waiting. just want it fixed !!!!

Carolina Carports is an excellent and reliable company. They just finished with my carport and I couldn't be happier. They are friendly, up front, and very well priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I happened to access them through Alan's Factory Outlet, but they were the main supplier and the building is great. Be patient though because they say it can take 60 to 90 days and mine took 75. But it was SO worth it.

My experience with this company was very good. I placed my order and was contacted by scheduling within a couple of days. Sent pics of site and answered a few questions. My building was installed within 7 weeks from my order. Installers were ontime and courteous. Did a excellent job on the installation. I would order from them again if I needed another carport or building.

I recently purchased a garage/metal building from Garage Builders and the manufacturer, Carolina Carports. I am so disappointed with the experience. I have two main issues with dealing with Garage Builders during this process. The first issue was my sales rep, Henry Taborda, failed to be upfront about the delivery process. He made it seem like the scheduling department would call me right away to schedule the delivery. After complaining for several days/weeks in a row, receiving the same information, and trying to contact the scheduling department myself, I finally read the contract that they have up to 120 days to deliver the building and are only required to contact you 24 hours before delivery. There is also a Winter Weather clause that states orders placed after the last day of September are not subject to the 120 delivery day. None of this information was shared with me by my sales rep, Henry Tabord. The second issue is I repeatedly requested color samples. I asked on four different occasions to have actual color samples sent to me. My rep, Henry Taborda, would only send me a color chart. I continuous expressed to him that using a color chart printed from my printer was not a true representation of the colors. He offered no solution. Well my building was delivered and the color does not match my house. After speaking to the manufacturer, Carolina Carports, about the awful color they asked me why I didn't request color samples. I told them I did through my sales rep, Henry Taborda, and he told me all he had was a color chart. They told me they have no problem sending color samples to anyone if the sales rep sends them a request and there was no record of a request made on my behalf. After going back to my sales rep, Henry Taborda, about this issue, he said the manufacturer was lying to me and he did ask for samples. In all my email exchanges he never once mentioned color samples being available or requested. He continuously told me he only had a color chart. So now Garage Builders refuses to accept any responsibility and want me to pay the entire cost to re-skin my garage building. Do yourself a favor and choose another seller. They are not at all concerned about customers being 100% satisfied as they claim on their webpage. Regardless of who you purchase your building through ask upfront for information related to the delivery clause, warranty clause, and color samples.
