We recently replaced our aging flagstone walkway; stones were loose/cracked, it was not level and didn't slope away from the house. Got several estimates and chose Garcia Patios & Landscaping. Their estimate was reasonable, we were impressed with the site visit/detailed quote and they have a good reputation. We were pleased with the process and our new walkway. They were very responsive, strived to build exactlywhat we wanted, addressed a minor issue immediately, kept the job site organized and did a good job cleaning up the area upon completion. As with all projects, there are things you can do as the customer to help the project go smoothly and get exactly what you want. Do your homework. Check BBB, MHIC and reviews (Take on line reviews with a grain of salt). Verify the company is licensed, bonded and insured. You cant have enough documentation; written estimates/contract, project drawings/sketches, name and phone numbers for project manager, foreman, etc. Keep tabs on the project and ask questions. If you don't have any construction experience ask, family, friends, neighbors with experience to check things out. Or if your project is large enough hiring a home inspector may pay dividends. Contact the PM as soon as you have any concerns. Lastly, communicate, communicate, communicate! Good luck!

She was very nice and understood what I needed she helped with setting the appointment . The staff arrived on time and worked hard. Upon the completion of my job my family stared at the detail's. Hired Garcia Patios and Landscaping to do a considerably large job. Rip out existing sidewalks at house and replace with brick pavers along with building a patio out of similar materials. Wences and his crew worked every weekday until the project was done which took about ten days. There were a couple communication snafus along the way, in the end everything worked out and looks great. Attached are some before, during, and after shots.

Wences Garcia and his crews are amazing. They designed and built a large travertine pool deck for us as well as several field stone walk ways on our property. They look amazing. The landscaping work is spectacular. Genaro's crew has been doing our landscaping maintenance for many years. They come twice a year and you wouldn't believe how many compliments we get on our landscaping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The owner showed up listen to my concerns give me a quote same day, and ordered the trees. Week later three guys showed up and knock the job out in six hours, total 24- 5foot little giant trees

They provided such quality work for a reasonable price, and really went above and beyond on the cleanup. Good contractors do exist and I'm really happy with the beautiful patio they installed.

I’ve used Garcia Patio and Landscaping for almost five years and had consistently positive experiences. Mr. Garcia is knowledgeable and his entire team is responsive whenever I have a question or need something done. I’ve used the company to install a new patio, for weekly lawn maintenance, spring and fall cleanups and some fairly extensive landscaping. Everything always turns out well and I’m looking forward to having them take care of my property for many more years. Best of all, I always get the sense that everyone who works for the company is nice and good. Mr. Garcia has established a great proffesional culture.

Mr. Garcia and his team worked diligently on fixing a patio we had put in a year before with another company. The other company didnt use the correct polymer and the other company didnt seal the patio. Mr. Garcia's team fixed it all right away and was able to seal the patio for us so the sand stayed in place. 3 months later and it still is holding up great, makes me wish I went with them in the first place. Their pricing is fair, the workers are professional, and everything was done in a timely manner. They also do pressure washing which we did as well and makes our house look much more clean.

Not sure how they stay in business. They were at our house TWICE to measure and provide a quote for a patio. However, they never even provided a quote.

We hired Garcia's to put in a patio & a parking area for us. Both of them look fantastic! It was a big job, and it only took them a couple of days to do it, despite having bad weather in the area one of those days. The estimate they gave us was accurate, and their estimate was a few hundred dollars lower than 2 other companies we checked. We could not be more pleased with their company. I would definitely recommend them!

I am greatly appreciative of the work that Garcia Landscaping has done on our property. We've twice hired them to come out and take care of some trees around the property, removing and trimming as necessary. Mr. Garcia and his crew are exceptionally professional and do a great job, ensuring that the job is done well and everything is cleaned up after their done. I would definitely keep bringing them back for the various work we need done.

Received a written quote of $4,550 for patio, $150 for rocks and $300 for drain pipe. Emailed and received, in writing, a response that I would get $300 deduction for payment in cash. I responded that I wanted to do the rocks myself; Wences then sent me a new estimate for $4,650 ($100 more) for patio, $300 for drain pipe (same) and $200 deduction ($100 less) for payment in cash. I don't trust a company (owner) who doesn't hold true to its (their) word. Buyer beware.
