I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, that was our most traumatic stay ever and ruined our holidays. We travel a lot and never before have we met so aggressive hotel owner that we had to run from the accommodation. He entered our room without our permission, pushed me, kicked our bags lying on the floor and started throwing around our private things yelling it’s his house and he can do whatever he pleases! When my wife protested and blocked his way he started threatening her with his fists, then mocked her and yelled she’s in Italy and should speak Italian rather than English. This all happened simply because 5 minutes earlier we asked hotel staff to leave our room that they entered (also without permission, even though we shouted NO!) while we were taking a shower. Later after the whole fuss the owner caused he claimed they had to enter because lamp in our room broke and it was a safety matter. Lamp was broken from the day we arrived so either the owner lied and it wasn’t urgent at all (we believe he forgot to tell us somebody is coming to fix that, probably already paid and didn’t want to loose his money due to the fact room was unavailable) or didn’t care about our safety at all while he checked us in. Given the fact how aggressive the owner was and that we were unable to lock ourselves in the room from the inside we were too scared to spend the night there so we packed our bags as fast as we could and left immediately. Later that day we received WhatsApp message claiming it was simply a misunderstanding and asking if we could come to agreement. We demanded refund for remaining stay but hotel refused. We feel very sorry for all the girls working with this man, they seemed really all right but being physically abused and yelled at is simply unacceptable and there was no way we could stayed there for any longer.

Beste Lage, freundliches Personal und gutes Preisniveau

Sehr gutes Hotel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 2 bis 3 Minuten in die Fußgängerzone.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Seele Garda Hotel. They really treated us like family. We were nervous coming from a different part of the world and we had some concerns, but the place, staff and the view was the best part of our stay for our 20th anniversary. Perfectly close to the lake, the town center, and many restaurants. Doesn't feel touristy. Clever and charming with fun details. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in einer etwas vom Ort auf erhobenem und sehr ruhigen Lage. Tolles Frühstücksbuffett. Tolle Zimmer. Service top und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein kleines, familiäres Hotel in wunderbar ruhiger Lage. Alles ist neu renoviert und die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet, inklusive Wasserkocher mit Tee-und Kaffeeangebot. Unser Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss und hatte einen großen Balkon mit seitlichem Blick auf den See, Wäschetrockner auf dem Balkon äußerst praktisch. Der Wellnessbereich ist empfehlenswert, wunderbare Entspannung nach einem anstrengenden Wandertag. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Den zehnminütigen Fußmarsch bergab in die Stadt haben wir für die ruhige, wunderschöne Lage oberhalb gern auf uns genommen und wurden stets mit tollen Ausblicken belohnt, Wanderwege beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super, alles in allem perfekte Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank und gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie, Kindern, Partnern da - hatten 3 Zimmer schon ein Jahr im voraus gebucht. Schon zum 4. Mal damit hier gewesen. Jedesmal zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Zentrumsnah, familienfreundlich, angenehme Atmosphäre, gutes Frühstück, 2 x Überraschung des Hauses zu unseren Geburtstagen

Das Hotel Seele liegt in greifbarer Nähe zum Gardasee. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier, aber die Preis Leistung war gigantisch! Wir hatten bei unserem Zimmer einen Balkon dabei wo sogar Schaukeln installiert waren. 😅 Der Ausblick war ebenfalls ganz nett! Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung und sogar Laktose und Glutenfreie Möglichkeiten sind hier vorhanden! Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel mit netten Personal! Einziges Manko: Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Draußen gibt es nur wenige Plätze. Falls gewünscht können Sie auch "drinnen" parken. Hier müssen Sie jedoch Ihr Auto mit einem Lift nach unten fahren.
