Dirty, a lot of sketchy people roaming around selling stolen goods and doing drugs. The police is stationed during some days, as soon as the police turns around the people start congregating to sell all kinds of things.

Took BART from OAK airport as I have many times. Elevator was dirty. Manned booth to by discounted fares for seniors was out to lunch. Walked up 24th to my daughter's house near Precita Park. Had to stop and eat. All the delicious smells along 24th are too much!
