Mailed in a roll of film since I’m not local and got my scans back in a reasonable enough time. Favorite part about using this lab were the email updates on my film and extra info. I’m new to film so the little tidbits were really helpful!

Amazing people, i definitely recommend getting your film developed here, the scan quality is great and the turnaround time is really fast. its easy to send them the film as well and they notify you at every step of the way!

Very responsive and friendly staff, they got the two rolls I sent including one B&W developed and scanned in about 5 business days. Super high quality work, no complaints on my end. Will definitely be using Gelatin Labs again and can't recommend them enough!

Great quality scans and service. Sending film out for development can be a hassle, but Gelatin's site is easy to use and they communicate each step of the way. Fast processing time as well!

I loved how my scans turned out! I was worried everything was going to come out underexposed but it turned out beautifully. Gelatin Labs sure knows how to take care of my film and their process is quick and transparent.

I might trust Gelatin Labs with my life. Being new to film, I was nervous about almost everything. What they offer, anywhere from the inquiry and ordering process to the support and communication along the way, has felt very easy from the get-go. I have tried so many labs in New York City and I always found myself going back to Gelatin Lab’s scans. For me, their scans are the easiest to edit towards my direction while still emphasizing the characteristics of the film stock.

LOVE this lab! fast, friendly and amazing scans!!! A lot of labs these days seem to over use their chemicals in development - which leaves streaks on the negatives. I've never had this happen with Gelatin!
