So glad I followed Dr. Kuzdak to his private practice! All the staff in a great mood all of the time and Dr. Kuzdak does not seemed rushed anymore. He makes sure you’re doing okay and very thorough with everything. Best decision I ever made! Thank you guys!

I’ve been taking my boys to see Dr. Kuzdak for many years through the recommendation of a dear friend. Dr. Kuzdak is attentive and listens to all our concerns and throughly answers all our questions. Last year my husband started seeing Dr. Kuzdak and I recently joined myself! He is truly an all around amazing family doctor. His experience shines through each appointment. It’s never a one sided conversation, but it’s give and take the whole time you are in the room. He really strives to understand your health history and how to set you up for the best success possible.
You know you are in trustworthy hands from the moment you walk in. The staff is amazing and beyond kind. They all work together with such harmony. I’m so thankful to be apart of this practice.

Dr.kuzdak has been my doctor for years before he started his own practice. I followed him to his new practice because he cares for his patients and their families. He takes the time to get to know you and also takes his time making sure he answers any questions you may have or just to make sure you're ok. He is very kind and thoughtful. My dad was an old patient of his who he no longer sees but still takes time out of his Day and ask how he is doing just as if he was still his doctor.

Coming here to say that I’m so grateful that my husband and I are part of the Gem Health family! I’m a recently retired NP. I can say with confidence that the care provided by Dr. Kuzdak is exceptional. Direct communication by text is easy and fast through the Spruce App. In-person or video call visits are always available. Appointments are not rushed. Dr. Kuzdak is smart, caring and thorough. The entire practice is warm and welcoming. Everyone should have access to the level of care that Dr. Kuzdak and his outstanding team provide. They are truly GEMS to me!

I’ve been seeing Dr Kuzdak for over 5 years now, he’s the best doctor! He listens, cares and is fast with responses, recommendations, referrals, refills and appointments! The entire office staff is so welcoming and kind! I don’t know what I’d do without them!
