I had an exceptional experience at this shop. Dani exuded professionalism and courtesy. I have never encountered such a hospitable and inviting atmosphere in a business... EVER. She took the time to truly grasp my situation and provided assistance when I felt like no one else did. I am incredibly thankful for this establishment.

Came in to sell 2 items, left with an $80 offer. Came back 2 hours later to tell me its now a $40 offer. they will try to rip you off like no other. Horrible business I would never suggest going here

I was looking for a Sterling silver chain to replace one I had years ago. I was greeted by Ronnie and showed a selection of Sterline silver chains. He asked my budged then pulled a few for me to try on. After selecting the one I wanted, he cleaned it and placed it in a white box. I'm thankful for ronnie's help, Ask me what I was looking for and keeping it within my price range.Without pushing me into something I didn't want. Extremely satisfied! Thanks again Ronnie!!

I give them 5 🌟 only because most of the staff I talked too was nice but they did give me my chain back broken..And the Lil girl that took it in knows it wasn't but today she just lying but imma just pray and hope yall don't do that to anyone else smh..
