First time to have a property surveyed. Booked easily online and I was provided an update daily, appointment was made promptly and the guys who conducted the survey (Jason and colleague) were helpful and informative. They arrived on time and in fact arrived early to accommodate an appointment I had! They spent approx. 2.5 hours surveying inside and out. The report provided was easy to read, a great guide and has really added value to our property purchase process. Thank you GetHouseSurvey.ie

I booked a survey with Get House Survey about two weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. They kept me in the loop every step of the way through WhatsApp and email, so I always knew what was happening without needing to follow up. The survey itself was done by Paul just a few days after I booked, and I received a thorough, detailed report the very next day. I’d highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you find the whole process stressful—they make everything super straightforward and easy!

Had the unfortunate need to use them twice after 1st house sale fell through. First time around could not fault our surveyor and the report. Second time around initial report was okay - but had some passages we tried to clear with the surveyor Paul, he had also ignored questions we had asked prior to him visiting the property as they were not addressed in the report. Had to contact the company multiple times (and various people) to try and get - an eventual weak - response and then were completely ignored with the questions we had from that eventual reply.
We are 50/50 in our two time hence the 3 stars but would not recommended off the back of our most recent experience.

Fantastic service. Our survey was booked within an hour of payment and completed the following morning. The survey was thorough and surveyor available for any follow up questions we had. I would gladly recommend Get House Survey to anyone.

Brilliant service. Very easy to negotiate the steps. Surveyor appointed within a few days. He contacted the estate agent directly for access to the property. A very comprehensive survey received within a week from the initial enquiry.

Took a while to get a surveyor assigned. Survey indicated nothing was wrong, but upon moving in we found that there were issues with many of the windows, the kitchen plumber, and a leak in the hot press. None of which was described in the survey.

Hi Tatiana. Noel here from Get House Survey. I'm very sorry about the experience you had, but it does not seem to align with what we have recorded.
Your survey was assigned to a surveyor within a few hours. Survey was conducted 5 working days later and written report issues 2 working days later. At the time of booking we were communicating 7-8 working days, so delivery of 7 working days was exactly as communicated.
I also believe your surveyor recommended hiring a plumber to investigate the plumbing. If you followed this recommendation, the issue you described would have been identified.
Your survey was about 9-10 months ago, so it is of course possible I am missing some context or detail. If you can drop me an email to info@gethousesurvey.ie I will be happy to follow this up with you and investigate further so we can find a resolution for you.
