Good medical insurance, but every time I go to the Doctor just for simple antibiotics, nothing is ever covered. I always have to pay my for my medication and even the generic versions are not covered.

I am very happy with Getsavvi Health medical insurance. I get help very quickly and very helpful consultants. They are not full of nonsense like most medical aids. very happy satisfied client. i would like to request more doctors visits especially for kids as they get sick very quickly.

I am happy with the GetSavvi health.
Please can you have a full medical aid including the hospital plan.
My wif went for a mammogran and ultra sound next week she must go for a biopsy.
I have to pay cash don't GetSavvi cover for these.

I review that because the services and premiums from GetSavvi are very affordable but i have concerns when coming to pharmacies on their network because from my home there's no pharmacy around to do a consultation, and they pay some medications while this is costly when you have to buy it yourself. And it would be very good and nice if they were covering private hospital fully not only emergencies because public ones has no good service these days. Other than that I think they are a fantastic medical insurance company.

I personally had wo wait for a full 10 months in order to get the medical cards that i had paid for in December 2021. And i received them only because i had been calling them for more than 7 times, almost every month. They were not doing anything from their side but every month they were deducting. I didn't even know that one member of the family qualifies to get Spectacles in a year and that time i've taken their highest cover plan. So meaning what's the point of paying every month but are limited so many things??? Even medication - alot of simple meds are not covered even if it's prescription meds. I remember i had a couple of times where i had to get prescribed meds of close to R500 and R600 and they ONLY paid R100 each time! Why are you guys doing this GETSAVVI?? This is not FAIR as if we're not paying our hard earned money to guys. I should actually change to another descent medical aid cos this is not fair. I will never bother returning so hope to hear nothing from me and YES i have cancelled. This medical insurance is improper. You regret nothing don't bother responding please cos, you regret nothing

I have been with GetSavvi for many years, now all of a sudden they won't pay for a doctor visit due to anxiety and depression and all they can say sorry you need to pay it was still a doctors visit doesn't matter what you go for..... 😡Very upset about this

Have been with GetSavvi Health for a few years and have not had an issue with them all, obviously you have to do your homework first with regards to what they do and don't cover.
I have recommended them to family and friends as they cover quite alot for you and your family - really impressive.

Why would I bother to inbox you, seeing that this happened twice in an emergency situation and both times we were left with huge medical bills to pay. This after more than R20 000.00 in installments were paid to you, you guys could not even attempt to make a mere R1 500 payment in an emergency situation. No Thanx, I will just proceed to cancel this scheme.

Getsavvi is the worst thing that ever happened to my life. I joined them early last year but have not accessed any of their benefits. Sometime, I think in July I went to Spec saves for eye test and I was told that my membership is deactivated, I was so suprised to hear that because I am up-to-date with my premiums. The following day I got a call from Getsavvi and I explained my situation and was promised to never experience that problem again. Now today I went back to Spec savers again and I am told the same thing "your membership is deactivated". Tell me what can one do in such a madness. I am being scamed here, that's my conclusion.
