Satisfaction
Have had Ray work on our RV for several years now, (winter Texans), and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Have already scheduled a check up on a few items when we come down later this month. We highly recommend Giddy Up & Go!!

First experience with RV Service / Warranty
We are new to RV ownership even though we have had ours a couple of years. The a/c was not cooling in the bedroom or the main area, called and talked to Peggy (very insightful) and scheduled Ray to come out, he came and looked over everything, took the warranty information and handled everything. Came back when he got the units in and replaced both of them, and answered my questions and showed me things I needed to know.

Ray was very nice. We experienced a hail storm the first day we arrived at our RV Park. Our refrigerator stopped working and we feared hail damage to our roof. I called to see if someone could check our roof and refrigerator. I called this service because they advertised right at the park. They were very responsive and said they could come out same day or next morning. As it turns out, they were our next site neighbors. Ray came out first thing in the morning. Didn’t even need to drive. He brought his ladder over and checked the RV roof and confirmed it looked fine. He doesn’t really do refrigerators but took a look and said maybe we were not level. He brought over his level. I’m very satisfied with his promptness. He was here at the most for 1/2 hour. No mileage. I asked what I owed him and was shocked when he said $150. I didn’t argue just paid him cash. My complaint is about his price. Otherwise I would recommend him. I obviously knew I would pay him, just thought $150 was too much.
Christine, Thank you for the review. We wish that your experience with us would have been better. We really strive for our customers to be completely satisfied. We have always had a 1 hour minimum on our labor per call and since we lived in the park at that time our usual service call was waived as a courtesy to the customers of the park. We've been using Giddy -Up-Go for a few years
We started using Giddy up Go about 4 years ago. Just owned our coach 6 years. They are the most reliable, punctual, honest repair service we've found in the Hill Country. Ray takes time to explain the problem, what it takes to correct the problem and then spends a few minutes, post repair, to explain preventive measures.

Peggy called the day before to confirm and to give me the time frame of when I could expect Ray to arrive. He was on time, polite, professional, and helpful. I had been told we might need to replace our A/C, but all it needed was to be cleaned. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed a couple of issues not on the original work order. It is always such a relief to find reliable people to work with and we are very happy to have found Giddy-Up.

These two are awesome, I called with furnace issues , two days before a winter storm warning and Ray came out the same day, worked till dark on my old RV, ran into several problems and he came up with a solution to all of them, Peggy was so accommodating and pleasant, you can’t go wrong with these honest hardworking folk, thank you both for your Texas hospitality and hard work!

Had Ray repair water heater and air conditioner that were damaged by lightning strike. He was on time, courteous and now the water heater puts out hot water and air conditioner blows cold air. Very happy. Would recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
