A massive thank you to Ross & Conor for a first class experience. I was looking for a used car with low mileage and no more than a year old. I was advised of a company in Northern Ireland (Giraffe Cars) by a close friend of mine. Following a call with Conor we decided on a 1 year old Lexus. within 1 hr I had a video and 30 photos of the vehicle. I am based in South Wales so was a little nervous about purchasing a car unseen and from Northern Ireland. How was I going to collect the Car? Could it be delivered?. I am pleased to advise the car was delivered to my house as advised, it was immaculate and so much better than expected. I would highly recommend Giraffe Cars to anyone a little nervous about shipping a car across the water and would definitely be speaking to both Ross and Conor in a few years when looking to change my vehicle again.

First time we have sold a car and Conor was first class from start to finish, staff were very caring and helpful all the way through, very hard to trust people this day and age when theres no back ground, but these guys were true professionals from start to finish and id highly recommend using them to any friends or family

I am not one to write reviews but on this occasion I felt it was necessary Giraffe cars is literally round the corner however I didnt know until I search buy my car sites. They do have a lovely car sitting at Sandyknowes roundabout advertising their business. After an online value on my car and quick phone call with Conor I went up to get more information. Conor was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. He carried out a very fair assessment/quotation. In addition to that he helped me source my new car. He put in the groundwork and made the links to find me the exact car I wanted at good price. Conor kept me updated at every stage and checked in with me outside of working hours just to make sure all was progressing as planned. He went over and beyond. His manner is friendly, respectful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and if there is something he isnt sure about he will find out and let you know asap.
