I went to Gita first time to get my roots done today and had a great service.. Gita was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with me.. i will get highlights next time from her because I wanna go lighter with hair.. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Gita!

It was my first visit for this salon , I didn’t have an appointment but they have a sign saying walk-in welcome, after I waited for 20 minutes then someone showed up and said sorry we are busy today and we can’t get you in.....!!!!!

March 4, 2020, I had the best haircut ($50) I have had since 1968 when Vidal Sassoon in London cut it!!!!! GITA knows how to cut, I went from blunt cut to "whispy" and feel like a young 75! What a lucky shot when I was grocery shopping at Ranch Market and saw the place, same parking lot. Didn't get coloring, embracing my grey, but the CUT WAS FAB.

I went in to get my roots colored and I have blond hair. For some reason she colored my roots dark brown. I didn't realize it until I got home and I hate it..... Now I have to get it re-colored somewhere. Maybe I should have specified I want blond roots to match my blond hair.

I totally recommend this salon because Whenever I went there they welcomed me and the job that #Mahshid does for my hair is always perfect .They are efficient and clean. I am sure other stylists are good too.

If you want to look beautiful stop by Gita's salon. My hair never looked so good. Mahshid does excellent work but all the ladies who work there are just as fabulous. Hair,brows, facials, nails they do it all. Excellent work at an affordable price. Go there you'll be glad you did!!! Near Mission Ranch Market.

I did keratin my hair in this place with a high hope. But after a week my hair went back to its previous condition. I complained to the manager, but she shrugged and said they could not help me! what a waste of money and time and above all HOPE.

Fist she said something else on the phone
Then wen I went for the treatment she over charged me
On top after I washed my hair my hair is more dry and more freeze than before I went to her
I went back and she acted like it's not her fault
Btw I had no treatment basically and got overcharged

I've been coming to Gita for about 2 years now. I have thick Latin hair and she always does a great job with my highlights. Highlights last so long and with proper care they do not go brassy. I am very particular with my hair and Gita always does a lovely job

The most horrible experience i ever had at this saloon i asked for v shape hair cut she couldn’t bring out the v shape instead she destroyed its all shapes and she is not professional

We found Gita about a year ago. My wife found her first, then had our 13 year-old twins (boy and a girl) go next...she did a wonderful job with my daughter, and a nice style for my son. I was last to join in--I won't be going to anyone else but Gita now!!

I wish I could star zero! This salon is terrible! We were there for Keratin for my wife, price was offered for $150 for Keratin with a special shampo and a conditioner for keratin for free. At the end GITA said she is out of Shampo and conditioner! (Why offered then if you don't have?)
Gita asked for $150 cash at the end and said she can't accept card! we insisted for card payment. When we see the charge it was $175!!
She changed her word! Gita said Keratin was $175!! That's really crazy to lie like that! We left the salon and 3 hours later, keratin gone!! unbelievable!! my wife was shocked! $175 for nothing!
We called Gita and explained to her that keratin is gone in less than 3 hours. She accused us of using water!! and she came completely denial about the issue!
It was a terrible experience. I dont recommend them at all! avoid GITA salon

All I can say is stay away. She butchered my hair. She had NO idea how to cut hair. It was through Groupon. It was really strange but now one side of the front of my hair is an entire inch shorter than the other. It will take years to fix this mess!
