Alan went above and beyond to help me after a freak accident destroyed my windshield. Showed up exactly when he said he would, and fixed a poor job done by the people who had previously replaced the windshield. Will most definitely use him for all my glass needs in the future.

Alan arrived early and did an amazing job. There was a clear line of communication and he offered a lot of insight on what happened to the window. Great price for extremely high level of work and service. I would recommend to everyone.

I recently had someone break into my car broke the rear driver window sadly had glass everywhere all over my car. I called them they came in the next 2 hours! So glad I called they also gave me a discount even if the window for my car is more expensive! So glad! Thankfully they worked with my budget! Also they have amazing customer service , the worker was so polite and had very good manners.

The repair guy was great had a good conversation with him and he did a fantastic job not only on my passenger side window but also my window regulator 10/10 would recommend

update 9/26/2024: Unfortunately, my car was broken into again less than a year after the first time. As devastating as it’s been, Alan and Glass Go LLC have been the only silver lining. Alan is so incredibly kind. He has a warmth and a friendliness that is genuine and makes a challenging time a little bit easier. He’s always punctual and quick, and he even went above and beyond replacing a functional part to my window that was broken as a result of the break in. Can’t recommend Alan enough! ————— Alan and Glass Go LLC were so so amazing in getting my car fix. The process with smooth, quick, and easy. He was able to come out the morning after Christmas and get my window fixed. Alan is very kind and patient and did an excellent job fixing my window while all also fixing an additional piece that was broken as a result of an unfortunate car break-in. Very grateful. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend to any and everyone.

This is an amazing company and very reasonable on their price I needed my front window shield fixed asap and didn’t have any money to afforded da regular amount they charge a customer but Mr.allen didn’t hesitate to help me with a more reasonable price and came and fixed my window right on the muscle I really had an fantastic experience with them I highly recommend you guys to get your window fixed with them ! 😇😀

Car needed a rear window replaced. I called at 7:15am and Alan made my appointment, met me at my work, and had my window fixed by 10:30am. Unbelievable service-- would recommend to anyone. Thank you immensely.

Thank you Alan! Service was above and beyond! He was very thorough in showing me the route cause of my window crack and how to avoid it in the future. Problems arose because of shoddy workmanship that previous installers did! But Allen, with his magic, was able to right their worng. Pricing was fair and timing of service was rite on! This is the place you want to do business with. No contest. I called around for several quotes on a car window replacement from a break in and got ahold of Alan. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and kind throughout the whole process. Not only were his prices competitive, but he was quick to work and schedule a time to come out. This guy is just the best. I used him a couple of years ago and he did such a good job that I saved his number on my phone and I’m really glad I did. This latest storm broke the window on our van and he came out the next day and even though the car was kind of damaged, he was able to replace the glass, and get it all secured. It was a difficult job and he went above and beyond. I wouldn’t use anyone else to replace my glass from now on.

Alan did amazing! Saturday due a freak accident on the highway, my entire passenger back seat window fell on my 10 month old daughter. I called the company on Saturday and Alan was so helpful. He came out personally on Monday morning to fix my window. He was done in all of 15-20 minutes. He was so professional and extremely helpful in this whole entire process. This was my first time needing a window fixed and I’m glad I googled this company.
